I had a panicked realization about my trip last minute and Jen came to the rescue! She was more than accommodating and flexible with me and solved a problem for me she didn't even have to! Mahalo, Jen!! It was absolutely stunning to wake up to that incredible view in the morning. I've never slept that high before!! The only thing that's less than preferable is that there is only one comfortable chair to relax in. I'm that person that doesn't sit on the bed in my outdoor (especially travel) clothes so that want ideal, but that's nit picky. It's such a cute place though!

A wonderful stay for our young family! Stay was well kept and as pictured. We loved the walk ability to beautiful beaches and access to the Athletic Club. The area is unmatched and the A/C wonderful. Bonus: the kid amenities. It doesn’t go unnoticed that Shaun and his wife are parents and took the time to think of the little things. Little fish is a definite bonus across the street! We hope to be back. As hotel owners ourselves we would highly recommend this stay.

Had a great stay! A group of 4 of us shared the place and we had no issues. It was a bit cramped with all of our luggages but we made it work and it was worth having all the amenities plus walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. We were able to find free parking every night with minimal hassle. The hosts were great and very responsive, we were allowed to check in one hour early which we appreciated so much! Really loved that they had beach chairs boogie boards and a wagon, it helped a lot! Overall would recommend this place 10/10.

The Cliffs is a great place to stay on the north end of the island. Bryant and Jane’s unit has a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and sunset. The lanai was the best one there! There were plenty of beach chairs, mats etc to take on local excursions. The bed was comfortable. We liked that each night and/or morning there was a food truck available for guests. We have no reservations recommending their place.

Wow we loved staying here! The beach in front of the property is gorgeous and easy/quick to connect to the paved Wailea path. The grounds and landscaping throughout the property was so beautiful and lush. The condo itself was super spacious and comfortable, we loved all the full length mirrors, dining room table, patio and comfy king sized bed. Also the coolers provided came in handy! Would love staying here again!!

My wife and I had a great time at Todd’s place. The location is great, lots of food trucks and coffee shops steps away from the condo. There is a friendly surf spot just in front of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with brand new appliances. I totally recommend this place!

Our stay could not have been better. The unit was very well equipped, had everything we needed. The view gland location could not be beat. We will definitely be back!

Good unit at a great location for a family friendly stay. Construction noise wasn't too bad since I think they are almost done and are the end of the building. This place has everything a family would need including pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, etc.

Dan and Katy were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. When I messaged them about Airbnb issues and questions, they were very quick to resolve any issues. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai!

This place is an absolute slice of heaven, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!! The location is legitimately unbeatable, we woke up and walked out from the lanai to the beach every morning and spent our days completely enjoying the water until sundown. Being able to come and go as we pleased (or needed to) from the beach, within a few seconds, is a dream.

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean, well taken care of and perfect location. Literally walk out the front of the condo cross the street and your on the beach. Having the beach toys was perfect as well, it saved us money from having to rent! I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

Amazing space, very nice interior, with a very cool (temperature) controlled shower. Easy and clear instructions on the Manuel. Overall a great stay!

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

Brian is very nice and responds enthusiastically to all kinds of queries. The house has a beautiful view and you can enjoy a very nice view of the ocean from the comfort of your home. The rooms are also very well appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher and a wide variety of dishes. The washer and dryer were also great. It was a very desirable house and we had a great time here.

Really awesome location as close as you can get to Waimea Bay as possible. The unit itself is cool. It’s two different structures that you have access to. One of them has a kitchen living room and then one sleeping area up top and the second one has a sauna a bathroom and another sleeping area. The outdoor shower was excellent and there’s even some weights and a little gym. Would stay again!

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

Absolutely beautiful! A wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for - everything down to finite details made this place a peaceful place to stay. We will be back.
