The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a large living room with a large sofa and a double sofa bed, a dining table and a large kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and microwave. The apartment has 2 TVs and Wi-Fi internet, independent heating and central air conditioning in all rooms. Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.
