Nestled in the peaceful hills of Burgundy with the vineyards of Beaune just a stone’s throw away, The Writer’s Cabin is the perfect cozy hide away to unplug, slow down and recharge. For a romantic get away, some me-time all by yourself or to work an a creative project. Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner.

Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Saltwater pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen, 140 cm adjustable HD screen, Wi-Fi. Brazier available. The Fruitier de Germolles

We offer you a Burgundian immersion in an old "Folie" then an old "Fruitier" completely renovated in 2021. 50 m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. In the heart of the Côte Châlonnaise, a stone's throw from a 14th century ducal palace, the Fruitier de Germolles awaits you for a relaxing and atypical stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, bike and motorcycle garage, you will also have access to the swimming pool and a games room (Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).

Le Beaune Accueil

Simple and functional house, 10-minute walk from the train station, close to the highway exit and all shops. Set back from the road, you will be in a quiet area while being close (15-minute walk) to the historic city center. 15 beds + 2 additional places on sofa beds. Unheated swimming pool from June 1st to September 1st. Air conditioning in the large upstairs room that cools the whole place in summer. Parties and events are prohibited due to the very close neighborhood.

Come and take a break in this small cozy completely refurbished accommodation located in the building of our main home. You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

Winegrower's house, renovated in 2021, in the heart of the wine village of Givry, located on the Côte Chalonnaise Wine Route. 80 m2 cottage with shared inner courtyard where garden furniture, access to the barbecue, ping-pong table, as well as the heated pool (May to October depending on weather) are at your disposal Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge and 2 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom. All amenities and activities (biking, tasting, etc.) nearby

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

Our 18th century winemaker's house offers luxury accommodation for six people. Situated in historic Monthelie, the house is a short walk from Meursault, and 7Km from Beaune. Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.

Maison Merlin

The Merlin house is a gîte with a capacity of 18 people located in the heart of the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, it enjoys a prime location in the center of the village which is among the most beautiful vineyards of the Côte de Beaune. This 300 m2 family home combines authenticity, serenity, and art de vivre, and invites you to immerse yourself in wine with the promise of a stay rich in discoveries.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
