Near the house are supermarkets, restaurants, a pizzeria, hamburger joint, fitness center, laundry, pharmacy, beach supply store, florist and ice cream parlor.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Living room with exit to the balcony. Very nice side view of the ocean. Master bedroom en suite with a closet. Another bedroom with a closet. A second full bathroom. A fully-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Two covered garages.

Ludvig Mountain House

A unique, cozy, PET-FRIENDLY place with a sensational view. The cabin accommodates up to two people, has a double bed in an en-suite bedroom with TV and air-conditioning, a kitchen and a balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Casa da Montanha Ludvig is located on the same grounds as the owners' house. We have 6 dogs, all very gentle but separated by a fence from the cabin. A beautiful and exclusive place where nature and affection for animals are preserved!
