Monthly Rentals in Ponta Verde

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

Victor always responds quickly, is attentive and very polite. He gave me great tips on what to eat in the area. When I return to Alagoas, I will look for a place to stay with him again.

Karinas place is not only exactly as in the pictures, beautifully remodeled duplex with plenty of space for the 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children), its also super well located, everything like pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and Maceio's gorgeous ocean promenade is in a 10 minute walk radius. We came in at almost midnight and had no problem thanks to the friendly concierge who was already expecting us. The parking spot inside the property requires a little maneuvering for bigger cars (we drive a Jeep Commander for reference) but is manageable. Overall fantastic 5 Star experience, highly recommended.
