It was used by the guardians of the weir and lock. The most beautiful chateaux, villages, vineyards of the Loire Valley and the Beauval zoo are minutes away.

The Cure gîte is a charming little gîte that can accommodate 2 people. It is located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles (Château de Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire, Amboise, Blois, Montpoupon...) and 23 km from Beauval Zoo. It is located in the village of Pontlevoy with a bakery open from 6:30 a.m. except on Wednesdays and a Carrefour Contact (8 a.m./8 p.m. except on Sundays 9 a.m./1 p.m.) nearby. It is a well-equipped cottage on the hosts' plot with a small private garden.

The residence of les Caves Archées is situated in the village of Bourré within close proximity of Montrichard in the Cher Valley. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.

1 km from Beauval Zoo and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, get closer to nature and the stars. Spend a night in a comfortable bubble under the stars. Our cottage is an old 19th century barn. It consists of a single volume, with a mezzanine bedroom. Its decor seems a nod to the surrounding castles. We are located between Montrichard and Saint-Aignan , and you are about ten miles from Chenonceaux Castle and Beauval Zoo. (We do not provide bedding. Thank you for your understanding)
