Er is een zitje zowel voor het huis, en in een klein tuintje speciaal voor de gite. Je krijgt haardhout voor de houtkachel en er staat een welkomstdrankje voor je klaar. Welkom!

Accommodating up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, you will have access to beautiful open and spacious rooms, in a rustic style. Outside, a green garden of 1000 m2 will allow you to relax in a bucolic setting. Without a neighbor, you will be quiet and private. A 50 m2 swimming pool with large terrace (completely renovated in 2024) is available during the summer season.

Small house of gabarier

This small house from 1840, entirely renovated, offers a large living room of 35 m2, consisting of a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Located in Mauzac, in the Périgord Pourpre, close to the Dordogne river (dinghy, paddle and canoe rental), and ideal for discovering the picturesque villages: La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Sarlat, a sublime region renowned for its terroir (foie gras, walnuts, wines).

The Bird's Nest Gîte

We restored this old stone borie and enlarged it (wooden extension) and fitted it out to create a comfortable living space resolutely turned towards wooded nature. Designed, furnished and decorated as a tiny house while having comfort elements (large walk-in shower; separate toilet; equipped kitchen; wardrobe closets for storing clothes, etc.), this small house is perfectly suited for a stay for 2 people.
