Elver's place is really. The surrounding areas and pool area are beautiful. The finca is well equipped and it has the necessary amenities to accommodate a large number of guests. Some of the facilities need upkeeping, for sure. But the caretakers José and (I forgot his name) are always on site to take care of the situation. More attention is also needed to the steep access to the downhill cottage, as rain makes the step stones very slippery.

Excellent place, very well located, places of interest nearby and close to the town of Concepción

Nice place. Wouldn't book if other guests are staying in the extra bedrooms, but Ivan assured us he wouldn't be renting them while we were there.
