The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Our apartment's central location makes it within walking distance of anywhere in the city center of Porec. It is one of the few streets in Porec where you can access the building with a car and unload your things. We offer free parking in the city public lot a 5 min walk to the apartment.

Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. Kuća je smještena na ograđenoj okućnici koja je na raspolaganju samo gostima kuće a na kojoj se nalazi veliki bazen površine 50 m2, vanjski whirlpool, finska sauna i roštilj.
