Quiet and peaceful place with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so there is no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. Two great beaches are only 250 m away, so the bathing opportunities are many and easily accessible.

The cabin is secluded and private, with ample open space towards the sea and a large pier (approximately 15sqm) belonging to the cabin, which can be freely used to enjoy the sunset or crab fishing.

On weekdays, there is a bus every 10 minutes during rush hour and every 30 minutes otherwise. Both to Skien and Porsgrunn. The apartment was newly renovated in 2020 and maintains a good standard.
