We are 10 minutes away from LIRR train station where you can get a ride to Manhattan. Although the studio is centrally located a car or Uber is recommended,. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
