We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. Great location on the Cote Vermeille. Super terrace with great sea view. Beautiful house to feel good right away. Good supply options nearby: Lidl and the market in Port Vendres. Fantastic couillure quickly achievable. Bus stops around the corner. The place is highly recommended.

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately comfortable and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Certainly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external elements mean that these are not always possible. But the feeling of living in harmony with nature makes you forget these small inconveniences.

An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.

The welcome was warm, accompanied by a small supplement to quench your thirst. The host is very responsive and attentive. Nice apartment, very functional where you feel at home. Nothing to say about cleanliness. It is a haven of peace and tranquility that allows you to recharge your batteries. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely couple of days stay at the Chateau which is an amazing space. Thierry met us with a welcome Aperitif whilst he explained all the facilities. He was very responsive and helpful during our stay and we couldn't have been made more welcome. The space itself is enormous and very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and the place was really peaceful. The apartment is on the top floor so would be difficult for people with mobility isuues or for young children. The gardens were lovely and peaceful and the pool was great and the place felt really secure and safe. The apartment it a 15 to 20 minute easy walk into the centre of Perpignan and there is a local supermarket close by as well as a large Super U less than 10 minutes walk away with lots of choice. Although we didn't drive there was plenty of parking available. We also couldn't heap enough praise on Thierry. He was passionate about the Chateau, so helpful and responsive and lovely.

Great beach residence and vibe. The apartment is as described, comfortable with all amenities and with air conditioning and ceilings fans. It's metres from the beach which is a real bonus. As per other reviews you are above a busy restaurant which didn't bother us as we're up early and in the ocean or on the beach.

Sophie received us very well, the explanations are very clear. Sophie deserves her title of Super Host 👏🏻 The accommodation is impeccable, very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant, 2 steps from the beach. Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!

I recommend it, shops and beach nearby, quiet place, free parking, spartan studio but the essentials are there. Clean with beach view and its small balcony is very nice. Irene is great, 👌 flexible on schedules, autonomous check-in with convenient digicode key box.

We had a great time at Michael and Sandrine's. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, quiet. The beautifully shaded terrace, large, with children's games. The setting is ideal for a family holiday with children. Definitely recommend!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

We had a great time at Julien's apartment. great welcome from his mom. Functional apartment with a terrace with a splendid view on the top floor without overlooking neighbors. Immaculately clean 2 steps from all shops (really very well located) Julien and his mom are very available when needed. I highly recommend Julien's apartment if you want to have a great stay in Argelès. We will definitely return if we decide to stay in Argelès again

Very easy contact with Marcel who is very attentive and responsive. The house is as described and is not lacking in charm. Very nice stay.
