Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

Location was perfect and remarkably quiet. Nice pub 2 min walk away. Property was immaculate and beautifully presented. To be fair it was far better than I needed but so glad I picked it. Not sure how recent this renovation was but looks brand new and extremely well done. This would be a great place for a multi day or even multi week stay. I’ll certainly be back

We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the Melbourne Grand Prix. The location was perfect, being only a very short walk to Albert Park. It’s also very close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops on Clarendon St or a short tram ride to the city. The street was quiet and parking was easy with the visitor permit provided. The house is charming, with comfy beds, nice linen, and a great modern bathroom. The courtyard out the back is great and very private, we ate dinner out there both nights. Rod was a great host, we highly recommend.

From the delicious fresh bread and treats to the steam presser fresh ice in the freezer Parking pass for the Grand Prix Transport cards and very comprehensive local knowledge Everything was beautifully set up for us and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Very strongly recommend staying here.

Sally was a great host before I even checked in. She was very accommodating in moving my reservation and flexible with an early check-in. She was extremely responsive, and communication was perfect. Her apartment is located close by public trams which will get you either to the CBD or St. Kilda within minutes. Albert Park lake is literally a block away. It was a wonderful stay at Joanna's place. Ample room for our 5 adults & my child. Two spaces rooms & bunker Bed. Private parking is the most important aspect of this place. Also the apartment facing to Albert park lake & most importantly this might be a key location for F1 race weekend in Melbourne. One thing we had to face that Ensuite shower drainage has blocked slowly drain & I had to clean slightly. Also noticed that body wash has been expired. But those were minor for us compared to what the place offered to us. Joanna is very responsive & very clear with communication. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed the stay.

Chris and Jenny’s place is absolutely spotless, well furnished and thoughtfully curated. The unit is in a great location that is super quiet and in walking distance to the beach, Albert Park cafes and number 1 tram. Chris and Jenny are lovely hosts and very responsive. We loved our stay and really appreciated the late checkout!
