The house is fully furnished with access to 2 bedrooms (study)/1.5 bathrooms with a small yard, outdoor dining and onsite gated parking, and a street parking permit. It's secure with a locked front gate and 250m walking distance to shops, 800m to beach, 250m to trams and 1k to train. This is our own home that we rent out on occasions. A home not a house :)
