Holiday rentals with a sauna in Port Phillip City

Great location with beautiful views and surroundings. The apartment was homely and had everything we needed to make our holiday so comfortable. Bec is an excellent communicator and was quick to inform us of any building work updates. Would recommend this listing and would love to stay here again. Thank you.

Very clean apartment, was what we expected from the photos/descriptions. Very clear instructions were sent on how to find the keys/lockbox and get in and out of the apartment. All the information was sent through in a timely manner and the host was very friendly and could be reached at any time if needed. Location is very convenient, very close to tram stop and not far from the CBD.

Perfect stay for a 3 day weekend! Went to Moomba and surrounding areas in the city. It was close to everything and the walk to the places were lovely. Jacqui's apartment was just what we needed and will certainly be back again!

We had a lengthy stay and the apartment worked perfectly for us. Johnny was a considerate and responsive host which made the entire experience at the apartment smooth and relaxing. The apartment was spotless, spacious, very comfortable, including the bed, and the amenities were exactly as described. A short tram ride to the city, or to Prahran Market and Chapel Street. We made good use of the fantastic pool and gym facilities, and the building backed onto beautiful Fawkner Park which was especially lovely. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well equipped and well managed place to stay. Thank you again!

Absolutely exceptional stay! This property exceeded all expectations—every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the luxurious finishes to the generous inclusions that made us feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully styled, and equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). Their local recommendations were spot-on, and it’s clear they take real pride in offering a premium experience. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was super cozy and clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The tram stop right downstairs made getting around the city so easy. Carleen was very friendly and offered us a late checkout for our afternoon flight. Everything was 10/10. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Melbourne!

Very easy to deal with the hosts and although our actual use of the unit was limited due to our reason for visiting the city, the hosts appear to provide everything you could possibly want.

Stayed at Sanjay’s place while looking for some permanent accommodation. It was a great place to stay. Location wise lots to see and do and easy to get to lots of places in the city. Apartment was cozy, comfortable and quiet. Amenities such as the gym, sauna, pool and lounge if you need to do some work or life admin was an added bonus. Sanjay is also a great host who is always up for a chat and also knows when you might want a bit of space. 5/5!

I would highly recommend staying with Andi & Long. Very good location, very nice apartment, super responsive, supportive & friendly hosts. From the first minute to the last minute of my stay it was totally uncomplicated and I felt welcomed.

Had a lovely stay at Sherry’s place. It was clean and in pristine condition. Loved the cozy feel of the home. :) Most importantly, Sherry was a lovely host. She was proactive in providing instructions and welcoming her guests! Was very responsive as well. Would definitely rebook next time I’m in Melbourne. :)

It was a great location - we were going to the Grand Prix and it was within walking distance. The beach was nearby and there were a number of options for eating out. Hannah was a great host and it was easy to stay there.

Very close to the station, felt safe walking back to the place after day tour until 11pm at night. Tracy and her cute puppy, Yoyo was welcoming and I felt comfortable to during the whole stay experience there. A good amount of space for one person. The sunrise view of swimming pool in the rooftop is magnificent, woke up early just for the views. Hope to visit/stay again !

Idriss was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The property was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend staying here. We also accidentally left behind some personal belongings and Idriss was very proactive to get them back to us.

Modern luxury house located in a quiet street which is perfect for me as I’m a lightsleeper. However, it’s quite far from Melbourne especially with the traffic. Linens and towels could be better. Kudrat is very responsive and a very nice host. She even prepared snacks and fruits for us on arrival.

An exquisite and sophisticated home filled with high tech appliances, and tasteful furniture and fixtures. Great place to stay even with my young son and 2 elderly parents. Jason was extremely helpful, friendly and would address all my queries promptly. 5 Stars treatment from Jason! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Melbourne. Fantastic experience!

I had an amazing short stay over the Easter break with two interstate friends. Lyuyu retreat is very generously spaced, yet it remains very comfortable and homely to invite you back from a busy day exploring the area. The house is very well furnished with numerous spaces dedicated to its given function being working, lounging, cooking, entertaining, sleeping etc., with the indoor pool area being a standout with its included spa and sauna. We didn’t use the billiards table and massage chair, but touches like these are indeed rare gems on AirBnB, let alone for the area. Large windows including many being floor to ceiling, bathe all the rooms in natural light as well as immerse you into the beautiful surrounding bush land that makes you feel part nature. It’s clear this retreat is still being established into something really special by the owners, and I can’t wait to return again just to see how much better it will become. I highly recommend this place.
