Studiocaroline44 n°2 is a new independent studio, adjoining my main residence, quiet and comfortable. Ideal for 2 people, it is very suitable for 3 or 4 guests thanks to a 160 × 200 double bed on the mezzanine and a 160 × 200 pull-out bed located on the ground floor. Single-story accommodation, easy to access and suitable for the elderly. Close to Nantes, the airport, Planète Sauvage and 25 minutes from the beaches. Sheets, towels, coffee and tea provided. The accommodation is located 3km from the wild planet, 10 min from the airport, 15 min from the city center of Nantes and 20 min from the beaches. It is on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 13 people and 2 infants. The reservation includes 3 double beds, from the 4th bed a surplus of 10euros per bed is requested. Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.
