Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

The 3-star cottage is a family house completely renovated in 2020. With an area of approximately 160 m2, it can comfortably accommodate 12 people (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). However, it can accommodate up to 14 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends.
