The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Stay in the heart of nature, by the water, you will discover a cottage with a kitchen area, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. A covered terrace is also accessible to guests. For fishermen, the pond is populated with carp and white amur (no-kill fishing). On 10 hectares, you will discover a fish farm, 5 ponds, as well as a bar area and local products. We are 1 hr 15 min from Caen and Mont Saint-Michel, 30 minutes from the landing beaches...

With its enclosed garden, south-facing terrace and welcoming varangue, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing vacation by the sea. We currently live overseas, so it is managed by a concierge. We are very attached to our home and we make sure it is a pleasant place for all our guests.
