What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

A beautiful place with stunning a sea view. Felt like home away from home. Super clean place with stylish furniture and fresh linen and towels. Jennifer the host was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions asap. We already have recommended this place to our friends and will be staying there again when we come back to Cornwall. If we could give it six stars we would.

We arrived in the middle of the night and due to tiredness I didn't use the correct key lock to access the property. We were able to contact the owner and they talked us through where we needed to go. they couldn't be more helpful.. we found the property immaculate, excellently equipped, warm, comfortable, straight forward and welcoming. There was a pint of milk in the fridge and tea /coffee to make a much needed cuppa. when we woke the next morning we were greeted with the most beautiful view from our bedroom window. We could hear the waves as if they were outside our window. We honestly could not believe how fortunate we were to be able to hire this property for our holiday. The property, location and owners were all fantastic and we felt so secure and taken care of. We will definitely recommend and return.. Thank you!

We had a really wonderful stay in Polvenna beachhouse. The house is clean, spacious and light, with a cosy, beachy interior. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all loved the amazing view and the sound of the waves when lying in bed at night. It was really magical. Porthtowan has a great beach. We loved the rockpool and rented surfboards. The village store is a short walk down and sells fresh bread. Nearby St. Agnes is lovely and has some great restaurants. This is a good place to visit the rest of Cornwall from. Don’t hesitate to book!

What a lovely place for a holiday. Highly recommend Shaun’s place if you love the beach and want access from your front door to the stunning coast path. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, pub, chippy, Cafe, shops and Blue bar. Porthtowan is a beautiful place with a stunning beach. The sea is equally perfect for surfing and families. The property is perfect and exactly as described and was spotless. The garden is lovely, private and a sun trap. The only thing to point out is that someone with mobility problems might struggle staying there as there’s lots of steps.

We had a fantastic week in the Old Schoolhouse. It's placed centrally in the village with shops, restaurants, pubs etc all walkable, including easy access to the SW coast path and surrounded by wonderful countryside. The apartment is beautifully kept and spacious - even if rain kept you in you'd be comfortable. We hope we might stay again sometime.

We had a great short stay at Callum’s place. The location is ideal just a short distance to local restaurants and very convenient for reaching all the popular destinations in Cornwall. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

Mike's place is gorgeous - amazing sea views from the balcony, great for checking the weather before a surf or walk! Really quirky and pretty accommodation, very comfortable and well appointed kitchen. It's worth being aware that if you are taller than 5'7 you might find the ceilings low, but not a problem at all for partner and I who are both smaller. Got a washing line for hanging wetsuits, can walk to the beach, it was bliss! Would 100% go back, thanks for a great stay

‘The Lookout’ was the perfect place to stay to explore St Agnes. The property had everything you could think of, it really was a home from home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Barry gave us a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations. We really look forward to returning in the future!

Had an amazing weekend in st Ives thanks to Paul who sent instructions beforehand and upon arrival the place was immaculate. Beds were super comfy my 5 year old even slept in which is VERY unlike him🤣 Great location restaurants are 5⭐️ And the views from the apartment you could watch all day and the beaches are beautiful Would definitely recommend if your looking to book :)

Amazing stay! Matt kindly gave instructions as to how to get to the apartment from the SWCP which we were walking. Once arrived, Matt showed us the apartment and even had put a pint of milk in the fridge. A wonderful stay with breathtaking views. Thank you! :)

As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

My wife and I had a marvelous one week stay in this cosy and tranquil condo with panoramic views of gorgeous Carbis Bay and easy access to public transport, including the local rail service that runs between St Ives and St Erth just five minutes walk downhill. Spotlessly clean and well provisioned, with a huge light filled kitchen featuring newer appliances, and one of the bathrooms conveniently located downstairs. It was such a pleasure staying in a place reflecting pride of ownership and professional management, creating a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience. The master bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for us, but we seem to be the outliers based on reviews. Highly recommend.

Lovely spot just a walk from the beach. The outdoor balcony space was welcomed when the sun was shining after a long day walking. We had everything we needed! Rachel was great with recommendations and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this spot, the location was brilliant, near everything we needed and a short walk to a lovely beach and beach bar. The apartment was very clean and as described, and everything we needed was either obvious or described in the folder very well. We couldn’t have felt more at home and neither could our puppy!

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

It is almost under the viaduct but there is almost no sound from trains so do not let that put you off even if a light sleeper. Very convenient location for the centre of town.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect. Great location, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. View was beautiful! Has everything you would need. Paul was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We had an amazing few days in St Ives and will definitely be staying at the apartment again in the future.

Second time visiting and it was just as good as the first time , we stayed for 10 nights and already want to go back . If peace and tranquility is what your looking for then this is the perfect place , great location with so many amazing destinations within 20 minutes away ( north and south coast ) . We were lucky enough to spend seven days in Beth's beautiful apartment. Now we say goodbye with a smile and a tear in our eye. The tear in our eye says "time to say goodbye," even though we don't want to leave just yet. The smile in our eye expresses our enthusiasm for our stay. We received a warm welcome; we lacked nothing. Beth has thought of everything. The apartment is a dream. And so is the view from the terrace. You could spend hours there, unwinding and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach. If you don't know Perranporth, you should definitely visit this little town. But even if you want to come back again, you should let this accommodation convince you. Smashing wee place with great access for walks around the area or just exploring Penryn itself and especially handy for cafes, takeaways restaurants and good pubs. It was nice to return to somewhere I'd been before and see how it had improved since 1979!
