Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Cozy winter Cornish getaway. Chalet near the sea with Jotul woodburner. Porthtowan is excellently positioned on the North Cornish coast, in 'Poldark Country', between St. Ives and Newquay. It boasts a great surf beach, dramatic sunsets, beach bar with live music, excellent café and local shops. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach, and South West Coast path, 'Shilly Shally' is a stylish chalet escape comfortably styled throughout. It's ideal for couples, maybe travelling with a small infant.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.
