Immerse yourself in the vintage and modern contrast of this completely renovated house, which belonged to my grandmother and is full of memories. In a completely Mediterranean style, "Binidittu" offers a pleasant typical Sicilian stay. The loft has original vintage furniture while maintaining an innovative, functional and modern design. The terrace is intended for common use with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a small gym, and an outdoor relaxation area with sofas. Upon arrival of the guest, we give directions and take a quick tour of the village. We are available for any request... The loft is 300 meters from the highway exit. Casteldaccia is a small town by the sea located between Palermo and Cefalù, a few minutes from the ruins of Solunto and the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria. In the historic center of Casteldaccia, you can stroll through the streets of the town and be immersed in the colors and scents of Sicilian culture. Nearby there are various bathing beaches and free beaches. However, it is preferable to have a car with you or rent one to be able to move around without being tied to public transport or train schedules.

Soluntina House, Porticello, Santa Flavia

"Casa Soluntina" is a characteristic furnished and equipped loft, consisting of a kitchen-living room in a single room with a masonry kitchenette with antique Sicilian cement tiles recovered from the original floor of the 1900s, a wooden mezzanine with a double bed with a sloping roof and a bathroom with a shower. Finally, from a large window, you can access the 10-square-meter terrace overlooking the ancient city of Solunto. The house is powered by photovoltaic panels and has a very low impact on the environment.

The large living room has a separate entrance, private bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking Via della Loggia; it has a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed.
