Apartment holiday rentals in Portici

We very much enjoyed our stay in Maria & Alfonso's home ... the location/views of the water, numerous nearby restaurants, and vibe of being in the heart of the Chiaia area, plus their expansive apartment were all fabulous! They were very accommodating by allowing us to drop off our bags while the crew continued to clean before our check-in time (and the house was cleaned pristinely once we were in!), very responsive to any questions we had, and Alfonso was very helpful in coordinating our transport to NAP upon our departure!!!! We'd definitely look to stay with them at their home again!!!

We were perfectly settled in Mirjam's house. Life in Ercolano is very pleasant. We discovered a cheerful and friendly atmosphere at every moment of the day. The street where the house is located is very lively. Earplugs should be provided for the most sensitive individuals. But that wasn't a problem for us! It was really nice to be at the heart of Italian life. Access to the train is perfect. And we are a few minutes' walk from the ruins. The bathroom is large and convenient. The beds are new and comfortable. Thank you for everything! We'll be back!

The flat is a wonderful place. The interior is decorated in a very individual style. The rooms are big and there is everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, the lot. The really, really outstanding feature is the panoramic view across the Bay of Naples from the kitchen armchair or the large terrace. To the other side you face Mount Vesuvius! Communication worked efficiently mostly via Airbnb messenger and transaltions. The family was always helpful and suggested places in the vicinity. We - a family of four - can only recommend Villa Armida. Great location to visit Vesuvuus, Pompeji, Herculaneum, Naples and even Rome by train. The huge garden is an oasis of tranquility after a day of excursions. Grazie.

We were lucky to be welcomed by a particularly pleasant and available host. Arnaldo has always been able to respond to our requests. The home is very well placed for visiting the area. In Portici, 2 stations allow you to travel to Naples, Pompeii, Salerno, Sorrento, ... We recommend it.

Excellent location and treatment. It is a comfortable and very well-located apartment. They have a shuttle service and are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Marcelo was an excellent and kind host! He helped us easily find the place and was very quick to respond to any question we had while there. Because we were driving in, our arrival timing changed a couple of times and Marcelo was very understanding about this! The apartment is sweet, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Being downstairs it stayed cool even when we didn’t use the air conditioning. Even in a busy neighborhood being at the back of the building this apartment stayed nice and quiet, which we appreciated. The parking space was a huge plus for us and we found the location was an easy drive to Pompeii.

My daughter and I spent three days in this beautiful apartment equipped with every Comfort. You can easily get around thanks to the means of transport. The owners were kind and honestly also the neighbors I got to meet. Really kind people. Thank you for this greathospitality.

Pasquale and Paolas place was perfect! The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view. Everything is very clean and exactly as described. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, and the train nearby takes you wherever you would like to go!

Giampiero was a great host! He gave us local recommendations, helped with the transportation planning and was always responsive. We were only in Naples for 3 days and the apartment was great for what we needed.

Cannot say enough about this fabulous stay. Fabrizio met us at the train station and carried our luggage as he toured the neighbourhood for us. Showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. He also scouted out gluten free restaurants for us as I am a celiac. Top 10 greeting.

Such a comfortable place which was super clean and really lovely little haven from the hustle bustle of Naples. Great location too!

The apartment is even more beautiful in real life! Refurbished with great taste. Spacious. Clean, well equipped. The laundry smelled good. Lots of food for breakfast. Very suitable for a family of 4. We put the 2 teenagers to sleep on the sofa bed, wide enough and comfortable. We enjoyed sunbathing (in April) on the terrace. The glacier downstairs from the building is perfect. Supermarket and restaurants on the side on foot. Accommodation 10 min walk from Portici train station ( perfect for us who travel without a car). Barbara was very nice by message and accommodating for our arrival. Antonio was also very nice to welcome us. Anyway, I highly recommend this listing!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Lina’s apartment which is a personal home, very charming and warm; we felt very welcome! The view is spectacular. Would love to be back!

This home is a fantastic stay in Amalfi. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely stay at here again. The view is beautiful from the balcony. I would recommend you take advantage of local luggage service to have your luggage delivered to the doorstep, it’s worth the money.

We had an unforgettable time at the Rising Sun suite—truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. The location is unbeatable, in one of Naples' best neighborhoods, with a breathtaking view of the sea and Vesuvius right from the private terrace. Waking up to that view felt like a dream. Dario amended the booking for us with ease when our travel plans changed, and was always responsive! He gave us so many recommendations for things to do in Naples and also gave us a contact for our stay in Amalfi Coast with recommendations. This boutique property is clearly maintained with care, and everything was stylish, and spotless. We can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy the magic of Naples with a view you’ll never forget. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

This home was beautiful and lived up to our expectations. Soon as we arrived we felt at home. Annalisa was helpful throughout the entire of our stay and answering any questions. The home is around a 10 minute walk into the strip of Naples, where we found many cafes and restaurants. Transport was reachable on foot. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Best anniversary getaway ever! 💕 We couldn’t have chosen a more magical spot to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The view from the apartment? Absolutely dreamy. It made every single one of those many, many steps worth it (my husband may disagree ,his face during the climb was priceless 😄). The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had that cozy charm that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The location is perfect peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to Amalfi and Positano. And guess what? No parking drama at all (which felt like a small miracle in this area!). Roberto was the kind of host everyone hopes for,kind, attentive, and full of great recommendations. He truly made our stay extra special. We left with full hearts, sore legs, and memories we’ll cherish forever. Highly, highly recommend this place,especially for a romantic escape. ❤️

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

Beautiful place. We felt at home for 6 days and use our car to go to several close towns along the Amalfi Coast. You'll need a car to fully enjoy the area but given that, its as a good of value youll find on AirBnB. Thank you Carmen and Selena for great communication, welcome basket, and clear instructions. Our family had a great time.

Serena’s place is amazing, the views are unforgettable, peaceful and quiet, and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay! Serena left all ingredients needed to prepare pasta and it was such a nice touch! We enjoyed very much preparing one and eating it in the patio. A local market is just minutes away and a restaurant across the street is a must to visit for dinner. Very tasteful food and great local wine! I highly recommend this airbnb for short or long stays!!!

A great place for cheaper than staying in sorrento. About a 10-12 min walk from the train station and is not up hill at all! Then it is about a dollar per ride to sorrento which takes less than 5 minutes once you are on the train. The place was super clean, cute, and had a nice balcony that we hung out on. Would stay again!

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Close enough to Positano to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, while being tucked away just enough to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are simply stunning, and there are fantastic local restaurants and bars within easy reach. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. They greeted us personally at check-in, made us feel completely at home, and had the room fully stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, water, wine, and juices. Roberto went above and beyond throughout our stay - from helping us arrange transportation to organizing a taxi back to Naples when we were having phone issues. Whatever we needed, they were there for us. The room was cleaned daily, and when we needed laundry done, they took care of that too. It was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.
