We are a family with five children , traveling for a month in Portugal and sleeping in Airbnb apartments, and this was by far the best house in every way: 1. The owner Tiago, from the first moment gives a warm and caring attitude and helps in all respects including the delicious treats at the check in, the host Ester is super nice . 2. The house itself is really beautifully decorated and fully equipped including games for children 3. The location is unbeatable- by foot there are amazing beaches, a gorgeous pool, and delicious restaurants In short, perfect

We had a wonderful stay in Alvor! Francisca is a great host – warm, helpful and always available. She made sure that we felt completely comfortable and were provided with all the necessary information. The house is very cozy, lovingly furnished and well equipped – we lacked nothing. We especially liked the toys provided, beach utensils such as umbrellas, chairs and digging things - perfect for our holiday with a child. The beaches in Alvor are beautiful, ideal for swimming, playing and relaxing. There are great excursion options in the area - our daughter loved the Dino Minigolf! The resort itself offers everything you need: restaurants, shopping and a pleasant, family atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

This is a great villa in a great location, about 3km from the centre of Carvoeiro. If you like walking it's only about 30 min walk to the town or you could get a €5 Uber. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket very nearby. The villa ... wow ... we couldn't fault it. We felt right at home. It was furnished lovely, had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Our recommendation is no need to have pool heated if temps have been 25+. We didn't bother and it was cooler at the start, but like a bath at the end of the 2 weeks.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful Jackie is and her home. It exceeded expectations and we’ll be recommending it. We’ve stayed in a lot of air bnbs. This home has every amenity you’ll need. We have a family of five - kids are aged 7, 6 and 3. They loved it so much and didn’t want to leave. The home is clean and has incredible character. There were games to entertaining the kids and so much space. We’ve learned our kids need space and always stay away from busy areas. Jackie’s home is close to the chaos but provides a retreat for when you want to unwind and listen to the birds and wander the beautiful and well taken care of gardens. She provided loads of recommendations and was very responsive. Truly a wonderful home. Thank you!!!!

It’s our second visit here and we loved it as much as we did the first time, especially how’s there’s air conditioning! It’s a home from home with everything we needed. Sarah is helpful, friendly and responsive. See you next year

The view was outstanding! The pictures match the apartment and we really enjoyed the view of the ocean during the stay. The apartment was right on the main beach boulevard with restaurants and a Spar grocery store right downstairs so all very convenient. There was only one heater unfortunately. There is one free secured lot with the flat but not the easiest to park.

We had a great stay in Miguel and Margarida's apartment. The location is great, beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment has good soundproofing, therefore peaceful. Miguel and Margarida were fantastic hosts with hassle free communication and clear check in instructions. Highly recommended!

Eva’s apartment was an oasis of calm and the perfect place for a relaxing break. We stayed 5 nights and were so happy we booked! It’s so thoughtfully decorated with everything you can need. The welcome gifts on arrival were such a lovely touch too. It’s in a great location at the Marina of Lagos. It’s quiet with restaurants and bars all within walking distance, as well as a big supermarket. Eva’s local tips and guidebook were spot on and very helpful. Cannot recommend more highly and hope to come back one day!

Very good stay, very clean and well-equipped accommodation, we didn't miss anything. Very responsive host and very clear instructions received. The only downside is the noise from the busy road.

Recently I stayed in Mena's apartment for a week in honor of a birthday and I recommend everyone to book this apartment. The view is great to start your day and the area has plenty to do. Take a boat trip, go to the beach or visit a delicious fish restaurant. You can also easily go to surrounding cities with your own car or public transport from Fortaleza. You can also see the fort with a beautiful view. Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and after the transfer it was even later, but Mena kept waiting for us, had already gotten breakfast for the next day and even took the trouble to explain the area to us. I felt burdened because it was already so late, but Mena is a real pro and took her time. Her husband was also very friendly at reception. You are right by the sea, so despite warm temperatures, it is good to do because of the sea wind that often blows, and the apartment has air conditioning. Absolutely a place to come back!

It is impossible for us to describe the kindness and attention they have shown us. Welcome gift, they waited for us at the door, the apartment was super clean, tidy, equipped, perfect location, everything. They are excellent people, excellent hosts and we don't know what else to say, it's impossible to be more attentive and pleasant. We will definitely return and repeat, the beach is very close and you are close to everything. Rating this place with a ten is not enough, they have to give a ten plus for people like this. Everything is awesome

Amazing view from the 21st floor, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot our time there.

We received a very warm welcome by the owners of the Quinta, and they were also enormously thoughtful by giving a small present on the birthday of our 4-year old daughter. The owners made our stay more special and personal then we expected. The Apartment was very clean and the location was also perfect, all beaches and villages are reachable within 25 minutes. We definitely would recommend this location to our Family and friends.

Had a great stay. Clean, comfortable beds and good local recommendations. Don’t let the location put you off, Ubers are really cheap and take 5 mins to get to into Lagos old town. We also enjoyed sitting out on the terrace overlooking the beautiful flowers in the garden.

Very warm welcome and a very nice apartment where we felt at home. We didn't lack anything. The apartment is also very central and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. We especially thank Elaine and Stephen for a stocked fridge, all the other amenities as well as for the wonderfully warm communication. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location is perfect! Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all just minutes away by foot. It’s also centrally located within the Algarve region, so if you have a rental car, you can plan on all kinds of amazing things to do and places to see. Her place also has some extras that made our stay perfect…a water cooler for refilling water bottles, a washing machine and a separate dryer, a soft-sided cooler with ice packs, beach towels, and a view of the ocean! Ana is an excellent host! She answered any and all questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

Very good stay in Vladimir's accommodation. Responsive, pleasant host, who advises good places. The accommodation was very good, suitable for children. The park's pools are very good (suitable for toddlers and small children) with a snack bar next door. Very good location, close to shops and close to beaches. Anyway, we're so excited!

The apartment was very beautiful, and the view was just absolutely breathtaking.
