This charming house is located on the edge of the village of Sérignan. The shops and market are just a 5-minute walk away. With a surface of 90 m², this house renovated in June 2019, includes a beautiful terrace of 35 m² and especially a splendid park with 1,800 m². You can have your breakfast or meals near the olive trees, the fig tree or under the tall pines. Quiet, close to the vineyards and 3 km from the beach, this villa is a haven of peace.
