Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Louise was so sweet and her home is a little gem with the BEST bathtub EVER in the bedroom. Such a cool place and very roomie for a couple. Beautiful decor! Love the interior design touches mixing the old stone with more modern elements. The only negative was finding parking. Luckily we found a little spot all the way down the hill in front of the school….but this is Lake Como so we’re used to hiking up the hill!:) Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay and especially loved our meals out on the deck and also enjoyed Villa Lario built into the cliff just below. Fun experience:) We’d love to return sometime!

Casa Sarina is very nice and quiet and has a fantastic view over Lake Lugano. In the village of Carona there is a small kiosk that provides everything for everyday needs. For larger purchases, however, you have to drive into the valley via the serpentine road. From the property you can either walk directly or take wonderful walks through Vico Morcote to Morcote or Monte San Salvatore after a short drive by car. The place was very clean and as described by the landlord. Markus and Anna are very loving hosts and have enriched our stay with many tips. We would choose this accommodation again anytime.

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

A wonderful experience staying in this accommodation. Alessandra and Ferruccio made us feel right at home and were available for anything we needed. The house is very cozy and spacious, equipped with everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness. We traveled by motorcycle and were able to park it in the garage, fantastic! We highly recommend staying here!

I thank Aldo once again for his exceptional welcome. We stayed in her apartment with my mother and grandmother and everything was perfect. Very clean accommodation. Parking in the garden is just great. Aldo is very responsive and welcoming. We slept very well in this little haven of peace. Too bad we only stayed one night. We'll be happy to go back!

I always experience it very pleasantly when I am in an accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen! That makes me happy:) it is a pretty big apartment, lots of space and everything is taken care of..even butter, jam gluten-free crackers etc were ready. this was a very nice landing!!thank you very much!!!

A Hidden Gem on Lake Como – Unforgettable Stay at La Cava, Pognana Lario We spent 4 nights at La Cava in Pognana Lario, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. What an exceptional experience, thanks to exceptional hosts, in an exceptional place! I cannot recommend Sandra and Raffaele's place enough. Aside from the stunningly beautiful property, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation, their kindness was truly very special and much appreciated. They generously took the time to collect me at the train station, and drop me off upon departure. My visit went by in a blink of an eye; I wish I could have stayed longer in what was a truly idyllic setting. I will absolutely return and grateful to have discovered their place. Anna's accommodation is perfect for spending a few days in the area. The views are fantastic and the area is beautiful and quiet. The apartment has everything you need to cover basic needs. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Yrina and her kind daughter, who showed us everything we needed for the stay. Anna left us pasta and homemade tomato sauce that was delicious. Also homemade jam (incredibly good), butter, honey, bread, milk, juice, yogurt, fruit... a beautiful welcome detail that is much appreciated if you arrive a little late and have nowhere to go to buy or dine. We are very happy with our stay in the apartment and if we return on vacation to the area we will not hesitate to repeat in Anna's apartment. Thank you very much.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Ideal for a bathing and hiking holiday on Lake Lugano. Great location in a pleasant place without hustle and bustle.

It’s a no brainer to stay here. Fully immersed in the lake. Moon light at night on the water and during the day you watch classic boats. You’re on the quiet part of the lake and arguably the most beautiful part of it as we drove the whole lake for 5 days. You’re surrounded by Italians and more engaged with Italian culture here. You’re a 25min drive to Menaggio where you can car ferry. Car is highly recommended. I would go to a larger supermarket prior to coming as there only seemed to be mini limited markets around.

We enjoyed our 4 days very much! Very nice, clean and well equipped appartment, 10min walk to the lake, lake views, several supermarkets around the corner. Highly recommended! :-)

Our stay at Chu Yi and Luca’s Airbnb was amazing. Chu Yi and Luca were both very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to drive us to and from the train station from the airbnb! When we were dropped off at the train station, Chu Yi went out of her way to make sure we had our train tickets and got on the correct train. The space was very clean and the area surrounding the airbnb was quiet and peaceful. I’m sad we only spent one night here! I highly recommend it.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of our stay. Beautiful apartment in a very well situated area. Marco always replied so promptly and always went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again!
