This is a villa that was newly renovated in 2025, in an absolutely secluded location, on a hill, a few meters behind the last row of houses in the port town of Giardini Naxos. The latest technical equipment makes it very convenient to use in both summer and winter. Our guests love the property because of its quiet location and the spaciousness of the terraces and the 125,000 square meter property covered with fruit trees. The equipment is very modern and complete.

As soon as they enter the house, I know with great pleasure that my clients are enchanted by the furniture (which corresponds exactly to the photos on the site). I took care of every detail with love, I want those who stay with me to feel at home, with all the comforts, I also have TV with English sky! Then they find the view wonderful! Going up on the terrace you can enjoy even more and in the evening admire the full moon reflecting on the sea!

The cozy Sicilian classic style home has a bedroom with a balcony facing the sea, TV, fridge, air conditioner, wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub and courtesy set. The bed arrangement is double, but upon request at the time of booking it can also be two single beds. There is no use of the kitchen but we are available to provide cutlery and dishes. The accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
