Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Porto

A wonderful place to relax and unwind! The place has everything you need, very well equipped kitchen. The home's biggest plus is the proximity to the ocean, you can watch the sunset from the terrace. Mum really enjoyed it, would definitely go to this house again! A bit of joy was spoiled by the cleaning staff, the woman was unkind, it gave us a dscomfort before leaving on her own. We had an unloaded trashcan left on which we were pointed out and told to take it off, adding, you may not already be taken away, but then let's raise the cleaning fee. But the house itself, location and hostess - everything was wonderful!

Our stay went perfectly. The house is conveniently located close to the beach. Very pleasant stay and Ruca takes care of it. I would recommend it in a second.

We spent a long weekend at Isabel's place with a group of friends. Isabel was very welcoming and pleasant. Her place and amenities are as described. Casa da Visa was spotless upon arrival. The accommodation is quite close to Porto and its airport, which allowed us to enjoy our trip until the last moment. Slightly off-center, there is no noise disturbance. I recommend a stay with Isabel on your future trips to Porto.

Rui was very responsive and helpful from the moment we checked in. He even got us a wonderful dinner reservation in Porto. The place was perfect for our family and the location was just what we wanted: tastefully decorated, close to the beach and close to Porto. Would highly recommend staying at Rui’s spot!

It was as described in the listing. The place felt so peaceful and was easy to get downtown Porto via busses or walk to the oceanfront. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful with suggestions.

We were happy to stay in José's appartment, super clean, all in good organized . José is nice host, thankbyiu for preparing lots of grocery stuff.

Staying tucked in at an AirBnB is not typically the highlight of the trip to a city as beautiful and full of adventure as Porto, but Ester’s place is just so wonderful that it remains one of the fondest parts of our trip. Though we did spend most of our time out and about, the view from the house is a palpable uplifting way to begin and end each day. Ester made recommendations for some fabulous local restaurants. She is simply THE most precious host ever. Her place is organically artistic (no pretense - no clutter). While the house looks like the photos, it is more spacious, more natural light and a more lovely floor plan than indicated by the photos. The garden is delightful and mostly private. This is a special place!

A very nice accommodation, decorated with great taste, very well equipped and practical. Ideal location for tram, bus to visit all of Porto. Supermarket 100 meters away, cafes, restaurants and bakeries in the immediate vicinity I would recommend it

It was such an amazing and lovely stay! Apartment itself is so cozy - it feels as at home. Clean, bright and very quiet and lovely! Lisa is an amazing host together with Alexandra they have ensured our stay will be unforgettable- amazing check in and check out. They are very attentive to all the requests and shared guidelines on how to get to epic Porto places, travel around, what to visit and where to get lovely souvenirs! Apartment is located in a cozy area, 2 mins from ocean and locations for food and drinks. We hope to get back to Porto soon and definitely will choose same location and apartment :)

So happy we stumbled on this place! The hosts were so sweet and showed us the best spots. The location was amazing and it was perfect for 4 of us. I would love to be able to stay here again!

Nice place with a great view!

We were here for a week and it was an easy commute by car to Porto plus the local beach up there street was beautiful.

Carlos' home represents the original spirit of Airbnb. It is a house with great personality, full of details created directly by him. It is literally attached to the subway exit in a very quiet street. The neighborhood is interesting. It's like being at home. We've chatted with Carlos several times since he lives downstairs. We would have liked to stay longer because it was really a pleasant stay, but we will definitely return.

Great place to stay and having three complete private bedrooms is highly beneficial when traveling with family. We hope to return for a longer trip in the future to soak in the sun and visit the Douro Valley. Very accessible location.

Our stay started with the best Airbnb check-in. Marco, who greeted us, was so warm and enthusiastic, helped with our luggage, walked us around the apartment, and instantly established a great rapport with us, a group of five. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! I can vouch that the view of the Duoro river from the balcony was incredible. The apartment felt warm and was well appointed with towels and kitchenware. The location was great as we walked to most sights, feeling safe at night, and there is also a nearby trolley. Our beds were comfortable. It was a great stay.

We stayed for more than a week at Manuela's place and had a great time. Manuela and her son Daniel were very welcoming from the check-in till then end of the stay (thanks for the delicious port wine!). The house is better than the pictures - cozy living room, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and lovely garden ... with a hot tub! Porto old city is 20mins drive, Aveiro is 40mins and Douro Valley is around 1.20mins from the place. There is a lovely restaurant by the river around 500mts away. Steep down and uphill walk but amazing views and very good traditional Portugese food. Good to have own transport (you can park inside or on the street) but there is a bus stop just few feet away from the house (we didn't use it as we had our own car). Overall a lovely stay. We felt at home from the first minute and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The pool is a huge plus and enhances the accommodation! The amenities in the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. Clear recommendation!

Very nicely furnished. Beautiful flower garden in patio area. Kitchen contained all necessary items.

Renovated in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. It was a great place to stay for a week to view Porto and surroundings. Reception was extremely friendly, very warm. The house features a beautiful terrace, a (unheated) infinity pool with beautiful views over the valley and Duoro and features a (clean!) Weber BBQ. Lots of privacy to enjoy with your company outside. 15-20 Mbps internet sufficient to prepare you digitally for a day trip. Despite the fact that the fire alarm system was not completely stable, the owner has done everything possible to improve this during our stay. For a stay just outside Porto with peace and space, this is a great location.

Good place to explore Porto with Bolt or a rented car.

I can’t thank Manu enough for her friendliness, hospitality and kindness. She is one of the nicest hosts I have been fortunate to meet. She helped us throughout our stay and was always available for advice and support. The accommodation itself is wonderfully spacious, secure and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It was a good base to explore Porto and surrounding areas, I would highly recommend. Many thanks 😊.

The Villa was clean, super spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Just a 2 min walk from the beach, with a bakery and some restaurants also close by. Everything worked out just perfect and we had no complaints and Clara responded to messages relatively quickly. We really enjoyed the Villa and our stay. The only issue was communicating with the person who we had to contact when we needed something once we stayed at the Villa, response to our questions was usually late.
