We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

On a 3,000m2 farm, "La Lomica", surrounded by olive trees, 500m from the village of Ladruñán in an old farmhouse that has been restored and refurbished for housing.
