Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

We visited Southsea for the Victorious Festival and stayed 1 night at Steven's apartment. The apartment is lovely, has everything you need and the location is brilliant. Steven is a friendly and very responsive host and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again, Steven 😊

Thank you Ellie, Christian and Jo for a fantastic hospitality! I’ve booked the apartment for friends who came over from Poland to my wedding in Portsmouth. The apartment was very spacious (bigger than it looked in photos) and they absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes sea views, walks by the seaside and a lively bar and restaurant area not far from the apartment, but far enough to avoid any noise.

Fabulous central location in Old Portsmouth with the front of the apartment looking directly onto the cathedral, rear, the sea. Lots to do in Old Portsmouth, the hot walls and seafront one minute walk. Central Southsea a short walk. Lovely face to face check in with Karen. Great having everything provided for breakfast! Loved it and will be back 😊 Loved it and will be back.

Selected Julie's place based on location, basically on the seafront. Apartment was as described with views across the sea. Julie waited for us at the property to process check-in and provide a guide of the apartment. Bedrooms and bathrooms as described and per photos, clean and spacious, with a lovely open living/dining area. No complaints, hope to stay again soon.

The host was very friendly, she was available at all times if anything was required. The check in instructions were clear and she had also sent a video instruction to help us find the place better. She was also able to accommodate an earlier check in which was extremely helpful. Overall an amazing stay, thank you

Terry (and Alex’s) AirBnB was incredible! it was the perfect place to stay on the south side of the UK and gave us a great experience outside of London (our main destination). the property and surrounding area is beautiful, and the room itself was clean and nice. both the hosts were super communicative and let us drop off our bags early so we could go explore! they also were super helpful with instructions on how to navigate the area and also gave us some great recommendations! if you want a beautiful spot away from it all, this is the place!

Jude's little apartment was a lovely place to stay for us. It is a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops. The flat is very beautifully decorated, it has everything you need for cooking as well if you're catering for yourself. Jude is a very responsive host and helpful. He left there a book with recommendations what you can find in the area which was a lovely touch. We would have left a note there however we didn't have a pen so we weren't able to do it unfortunately. We would definitely stay again. Only one thing we missed and that was a fan as the flat got very hot under the hot sun that weekend but apart from that we had absolutely great stay. Thank you so much for hosting us! 😊

Seascape is a quiet, spacious and well decorated apartment next to the sea, and within walking distance of the Ryde passenger ferry, bus terminal and town centre. It's good base for exploring the Isle of Wight or just staying in Ryde and taking advantage of the local facilities. The interior is very comfortable and of a high standard. We were very pleased to find some provisions on our arrival, including a loaf of bread, butter, milk and eggs, as well as some ice creams in the freezer. My partner and I would strongly consider returning at a future date.

A great location for Southsea seafront and shops. Easily walkable to the beach and eateries. A spacious flat equipped with all you need for a short stay. We didn’t need parking but permits were available I would definitely use again

Just a little bit of confusion with check in - I got stuck in lots of traffic so arrived an hour later than initially planned. The number I was told to call wasn’t available and the other number I was on hold to for 8minutes. Luckily as I arrived at 1733 there ended up being a staff member that arrived and let me in.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the sister hotel’s facilities including indoor and outdoor pools was fabulous and it was very well situated between the beach and the high street right next to the beautiful chine. Loved the Isle with its beautiful botanical gardens, beaches and dinosaur fossils to explore!

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Melanie went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The house itself is stunning – spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Melanie’s attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. What a wonderful stay, there was lots of instructions so you know exactly how to use everything. The kitchen was well equipped and there was instructions on how to use the microwave/ oven. The location was brilliant, lots of things to do around and a quick walk to the beach. The host has really thought of everything. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at The Gate. The accommodation was well presented and located in a perfect location, very easy to get around and within minutes to the beach. This was particularly great as it is walking distance we managed to convince the kids for all of us to go for morning swims(the weather was great so that helped too). Emma(the host) provided all the information we required so everything was super easy to find in the house. Emma also recommended some fantastic places to eat and dine which we loved. We particularly loved the Travelling Tavern once again within minutes of the house which is great for families and has live music a few days of the week. All around a Great place to stay with a Great Host and a Great location to visit.

Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you
