Holiday rentals with a patio in Portsmith

Beautiful place, elevated decorations, super comfortable - beds, sectional couch. Great place to relax - enough space for family of four with two teenage boys, wonderful outdoor daybed with view of rainforest where I read and had morning tea. Convenient with washer/dryer and fully functional kitchen. Great location - easy 10min drive to central cairns for restaurants, coffee, Great Barrier Reef tour; botanical gardens is the backyard - lots of walking trails from there, even saw a pademelon. Super responsive hosts - personal welcome,had tennis racquets and balls available, great reco’s for what we needed - taxi etc. Highly recommend without hesitation!

🤩 Wow we were visiting Cairns for our son’s sports team and found this unit last minute. This unit was in a great location with all the amenities we required. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and more. I love staying in Airbnbs that have all the basic cooking items and kitchen basics such as spreads , margarine, tea , coffee pods, bathroom items etc. It makes all the difference ❤️ We would definitely stay here again .

Steven's apartment is a great jumping off point for exploring Cairns! We enjoyed our stay and the little details (like coffee maker, electric kettle) that made us quickly feel comfortable. We found the location to be a short walk to both the Esplanade and other places of interest in the city.

Our stay at David’s was perfect for a night in heart of Cairns. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Rusty’s Markets, supermarket and parking which is awesome when that any parking in the city has meters. Highly recommend this apartment.

The ground floor unit was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location if you want to be walking distance to Trinity beach, a 5 minute drive to Smithfield and 20 minutes to Cairns.

Loved our stay, Janine was so accommodating to all of our needs and was lovely to communicate with. Couldn’t fault the studio, perfect location - very peaceful, private and clean. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, clean and quiet. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here. Straight accross from the police station and walking distance to everything. Can’t wait to return next year,👌🏾

My Partner and I stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time, it was clean, quiet and peaceful. Moti was responsive to questions, polite and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay well. This house is located in a quiet area but only around 10 minutes drive to city center and Cairns pier. The 3 bed rooms are very good for us. The huge deck looks very nice in spite we didn’t have time to enjoy barbecue. In spite there was some issue on the first day, but it was solved in a reasonable way, so we enjoyed our following 4 days’ stay very well.

We had a lovely stay here at Amanda’s beautiful home! Quiet location only thing is you can hear the neighbours quite a lot in the night (not sure if they are connected?). Location is slightly away from the city centre but nothing we didn’t know before booking it! Beautifully clean and a gorgeous massive space and Amanda was really good with communication when we had a change of plan and needed to stay an extra night! Overall 5 stars- we loved our time here!

The location was perfect for us! within walking distance of the esplanade and many shopping and dining options. The place was immaculately clean and was perfect for our family of 5 including a teenager and young adults. Yummy and John were very responsive. A fantastic stay overall!

Enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. It was quiet, peaceful and comfortable place with well equipped kitchen, and laundry. Close to the botanic garden, and necessary grocery shopping was within walking distance. Good host. Communication was prompt and helpful.

beautiful modern property. The beds were super comfy, air cons cold and bathrooms modern with all the amenities and special touches. pantry had most little things needed for a holiday and the pod coffee was a great bonus. Huge frig to hold whatever we had. the location for us was perfect for day trips north and to Barron Falls. Also 5min from CBD, clubs etc. a great staging place for our needs. IMO anyone booking Eva's place will be more than happy. The noise albeit in background with doors, windows open is not obtrusive with closed really non existent.

A lovely studio apartment with all our needs catered for, and some welcome goodies too! Appreciated the air conditioning. Very peaceful neighbourhood, and fabulous to have the pool. Easy to get to Cairns by Uber. Elicia was prompt at responding to any messages.

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

Marc’s place is located few blocks from town and across the road from the Cairns esplanade. If you have children, there’s a world class skateboard park, beach volleyball and Muddies water playground is a short walk. The accommodation is very homely with an equipped kitchen, balconies front and back with a comfortable lounge room. I was very surprised at the affordability of the accommodations so close to peak season and wouldn’t hesitate to book Marc’s accomodation again.

Highly recommend Anne's place. A fabulous apartment in a gorgeous Resort! The spa on the balcony was a luxury and so wonderful! Absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at Anne's place at the Peppers Resort in the beautiful Palm Cove.

We had an awesome few days staying at Mike’s place. Mike was super easy to communicate with and showed us to our room on arrival. Best sleep we’ve all had on our trip! The rooms were very comfortable! We had everything we needed We’d not hesitate to come back 🙂

A comfortable apartment inside a beautiful gated community, with multiple pools for kids. :) the space is large enough for a group of 4. Perfect for a family vacation. Something exceeded my expectation: - Host is very responsive and helpful. We arrived very late in the first night, Mike was waiting for us and helped us to checkin smoothly. Thank you! - the description did not show a dryer, but there are washer+dryer conveniently in the room. - I thought it would be hot and many mosquitos in tropical weather, but it is cool at night and no mosquitos at all in June. Btw, there is a AC in reach room, but we never need them. Just a minor problem that we noticed some ants in the first day, but they disappeared the second day. I think it is normal in tropical areas. It is a reminder that you should always keep food in storage, and keep kitchen clean :)

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It felt like home. We had everything we needed and more. We can definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Cairns.

Great space to stay in with beautiful views. House has everything you could want plus more, with the little extras like picnic equipment, plenty of washing powder, pegs, a clothes airer and more. very clear instructions for entry!
