Fabulous place to hang your hat and unwind. We were there to take a class and this place was so cozy to come home to. All the amenities were marvelous. And the beds so comfy. We can’t wait to return.

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

This beautiful lake front home was a great space for our group (8 adults, 1 infant, dog)! Plenty of space for everyone to gather, inside or outside. Lake amenities were such a plus! Carl and other co-hosts were so responsive leading up to our stay and during!

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

What can I say? They’ve thought of everything to make you feel welcome and right at home! Special snacks awaiting the kids with breakfast items already thought of! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for every day of our stay! The rooms were comfortable and felt right at home! Thank you for a perfect and memorable stay!

Perfect stay. Ian was super nice: he was very flexible and gave us good advices regarding what to do around. The room is perfect and the pool is a big plus. We enjoyed bbq by this summer night. We had an amazing stay and couldn’t dream of something better ! The area is so nice.

We loved staying here! Everything was clean and well stocked, and Angela was extremely responsive and helpful!

Staying at this place was an amazing time very quiet, beautiful scene and my daughter enjoyed the fire pit.

We had a great stay. Due to a funeral, I wasn't able to go the first night but Deb was very flexible and allowed the friend I was traveling with to take her husband and two children instead (for a small fee). They loved everything especially a swim in the pool. I joined them the next day at the Windham Summerfest which was awesome! And then the family went home so my friend and I had the second night at the house. We enjoyed talking around the campfire and toasting the marshmallows that were left for the guests in a sweet little S'more kit. The apartment is spacious and clean. Big kitchen. The mattress on the double bed was very comfortable. The futon sofa was the second bed and, it's a futon...so not as comfortable for sleeping. My friends went out to The Kitchen for breakfast and loved their meal. We went out for dinner to The Sportsman's Bar on Sebago Lake and it was very crowded and loud. Not exactly our scene but the food was good. Thanks for everything. I recommend your place.

Erik was a great host at an awesome cabin. We went through our whole stay without one question because everything was so well laid out ahead of time. Easy weekend of skiing. I would definitely book again next time we’re in the area. Thanks Erik!

Top notch spot and host!! We had such a great time at Alexa’s lovely home! It was so cozy, beautifully decorated, modernized, and had all the essential items you’d need - plus it is completely pet friendly! Our dog loved the fenced in yard with a doggy door to get out to it. The sauna, endless pool, and hot tub are just amazing amenities to have on site - that sunroom was my favorite place in the house to say the least! Can’t say enough about it and Alexa, too! She is super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for fun and good food in the area. Overall, it was just a wonderful and relaxing experience for our first time on the Maine coast and we can’t wait to visit again!

We didn’t get to stay long at Patti’s, but it was extremely clean, there was a gorgeous deck which our dog loved. And any questions we had Patti was able to answer! Thank you Patti for a home away from home! It was comfortable and enjoyable for us!

Linda’s house is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a lovely area of Seacoast NH very close to downtown Portsmouth, shopping, beaches, i95 but also very quiet and private. She was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive and the price is a great deal. We especially enjoyed grilling on the patio and seeing the deer and turkeys in the backyard. Thank you Linda!

Meredith and Matt’s guest house was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway in York! They were kind, communicative, and made check in and check out seamless. We loved the neighborhood and exploring the restaurants and beaches in York.

This is the definition of luxury lake cabin. The hosts thought of everything and had it all there waiting for you. No doubt we would come again. Loved everything about the stay, thank you!

Thomas’ place was wonderful. The setting is beautiful and folks were friendly on the dock. Furniture was comfortable and clean. I wanted to move right in! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Brittany’s place for a quick weekend away to see friends in Portsmouth. The price and location were perfect (10 min drive to Portsmouth)! Her place was thoughtfully stocked with what we needed as well as a few extra touches. We wished the weather had been a bit nicer so we could enjoy the nice deck! Great stay overall. Thank you!

I had a very good time there. If you are looking for a quiet and setaway place, it is ideal. George and Ethel were very kind with me and they did everything so that I didn't miss anything. In the middle of nature, in this summer period the nights and awakenings were pleasant. Thanks to them for the warm welcome. I recommend and I will go back without hesitation.

We had a truly wonderful vacation at this beautiful lodge. It was the perfect place for our family to unplug and recharge, while still having the option to stay connected if needed. The setting is peaceful and scenic, and the accommodations were spotless, cozy, and full of character and rustic charm. We were touched by the personalized welcome note and snacks upon arrival - a thoughtful way to start our stay. There are also plenty of games, puzzles, and TV options to keep busy indoors if the weather keeps you from getting outside. The garden is absolutely lovely, and we really appreciated all the personal, handcrafted touches throughout the lodge - clearly a labor of love by the hosts. My partner, Brian, especially enjoyed the sauna, and our dog felt right at home, with lots of space to explore and plenty of great sniffs. The hosts even set out bowls for his water and food, which was such a kind and considerate detail. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made us feel at home
