Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Posada

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

This apartment is bigger than in the photos. Located beautifully within walking distance to Palau centre with restaurants and gelatos- max 10min, less thank 5min walk to the beach. It has an amazing view on the sea and neighbouring island. Privet parking is a big plus. There is a shared garden big enough for kids to run around. Flat had everything you may need for your stay. To add to that, Colette was an amazing host, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. If you are there, ask her about the fresh pasta shop. We dined from there 3 evening and wanted more.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Apartment und können den aufbehalten nur empfehlen! Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, die Wohnung hatte einen äußerst komfortablen Stellplatz, der mit dem Aufzug erreichbar war, eine schön große Terrasse, tolle Küche, die auch recht gut ausgestattet war. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Klamotten zwischendurch zu waschen, da es eine Waschmaschine und Trockner Gab. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto 10 fahrminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, da man auf Sardinien ohnehin auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, war’s also auch super was die Lage betrifft. Francesco hat uns mit allem geholfen, ob es um die Organisation einer Taxifahrt für Freunde ging, oder gute Foodspots zu finden, er war immer schnell erreichbar und insbesondere auch sehr flexibel was die Check in und Check out Zeiten betraf. Wir haben selten einen so tollen Aufenthalt in einem airbnb gehabt, wir kommen immer wieder gern :)

Witam, Pobyt był bardzo udany, świetna lokalizacja , w samym centrum, odległość spacerowa do centrum miasta. Świetna komunikacja z gospodarzem, każde zapytanie od razu miało swoje rozwiązanie. Dziękuję Ana😀

Antonio è stato un host speciale e il suo appartamento ha tante cose positive: è spazioso, luminoso, si trova in zona centrale su una strada con molta disponibilità di parcheggio (oltre ad avere un parcheggio riservato all’interno di un cortile poco distante). Lo consiglio apertamente.

Maison située dans une résidence de vacances cossue, en pleine nature, avec des extérieurs très bien entretenus, un équipement très complet. Grande terrasse bien équipée pour prendre l'apéritif, diner ... Situé à un peu plus de 5 minutes en voiture de la ville de Palau. Très bon séjour ...au soleil de la méditerranée !

Wir wurden sehr nett von Chiara empfangen und konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Super zentral gelegen, alles ist sehr zügig zufuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden, ein paar kostenlose wenn man Glück hat, ansonsten 1€ die Stunde, welche beide in einer Minute zufuß erreichbar sind. Fragen wurden via Whats App oder Airbnb App zügig beantwortet und zudem sind wir bei der Ankunft per Whats App mit örtlichen und regionalen Empfehlungen versorgt wurden. Abschließend kann man sagen, man kann mit der Buchung der Unterkunft nichts falsch machen und wenn man in Olbia zentral übernachten möchte, würde wir dieses Apartment empfehlen. Our stay was wonderful. The building is perfect and the place exactly as in the pictures and description. 2 things can be improved - the AC did not get too cold and the beds were a bit hard for us, but nothing that was uncomfortable. I’m sure that if you ask about the AC, they can provide assistance, but we were just too busy and again, not too uncomfortable. Heads up that if you request a late checkout, it will be an additional 50 euro. We weren’t expecting that, but agreed out of convenience. Overall a fantastic place. We will be back and highly recommend!!!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle villa, bien située, calme. Ceci malgré un temps d'avril au début pluvieux, puis très venteux. L'environnement, en particulier l'île proche de la Caprera, se prête à de magnifiques randonnées. Le village de La Maddalena est très proche, 5' en voiture, et on y trouve tout le nécessaire. L'hôte nous a très bien reçu et s'est montré très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Gazdele s-au comportat incredibil de bine, ne-au raspuns rapid tuturor intrebarilor, ne-au dat toate informatiile utile despre casa si imprejurimi asigurandu-se constant daca toate nevoie ne sunt indeplinite, am doar cuvinte de lauda despre ei si despre casa care arata impecabil si nu ii lipsea absolut nimic .Toate accesoriile necesare erau prezente.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf der tollen Terrasse zu frühstücken und auch sonst waren wir gerne in der Unterkunft. Ahmed ist außerdem ein sehr zuverlässiger und freundlicher Vermieter. Er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und uns gute Tipps gegeben.

La maison de Valerio est grande et très agréable. Idéalement placé à un quart d'heure de l'aéroport et à dix minutes de San Teodoro, de ses commerces utiles et de ses magnifiques plages alentours. L'accès se fait à toute heure, ce qui est très pratique lorsque l'on arrive dans la nuit. Valerio est très réactif 👍 Nous avons même pû profiter de la piscine fin avril ☺️ Je recommande !

Umberto was a great host with an eye for detail. He was available at any time and always would give helpfull tips for the island. The house is in the middle of la maddalena, Honestly don’t think it could get any better! We had the best time. Umberto is great!

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Bruna ha sido excepcional. La finca donde se encuentra el apartamento es preciosa, situada en medio del campo y muy bien cuidada. La casa está completamente equipada, no nos ha faltado de nada. Cuenta con una gran cocina, baños y dormitorios amplios y luminosos, además de una terraza enorme que hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Nuestra perra se ha sentido como en casa, ya que tenía mucho espacio para correr y jugar en el campo, además de poder divertirse con Dexter. La ubicación de la casa es inmejorable, cercana a todos los puntos de interés de esta zona de Cerdeña. Por último, Bruna ha sido una anfitriona de 10, muy simpática y atenta, incluso nos atendió en español. Nos ofreció recomendaciones locales y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. ¡Ojalá podamos volver en el futuro!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement était propre et bien situé. Titty est une hote très sympathique. Elle répond facilement aux messages et donne de très bons conseils. Je recommande ++++

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

appartamento fornito di ogni necessità, come stare a casa (lavatrice,lavastoviglie, aria condizionata,ogni genere di posate,padelle, ciotole ecc). vicino al market e al mare, zona molto tranquilla. un bel giardino curato con piante e fiori, con sdraio e barbecue. host molto gentile, diponibile e reattivo per qualsisi dubbio. consiglio senza dubbi.

This place was perfect! I couldn’t ask for more. Gelato spot just a few steps away. Restaurants, shops all walking distance. Everything felt very clean inside. I loved that I was able to walk to dinner or lunch and be back at the airbnb in just a few steps! Amazing overall

Nous avons passé deux jours excellents dans l’appartement de Filippo. Le self check-in via boîtier à clés était simple et bien expliqué, ce qui nous a permis d’arriver à notre rythme sans stress. Le logement était impeccable : très propre, décoré avec soin et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région à pied, et la communication avec Filippo a été rapide et efficace, aussi bien avant notre arrivée que pendant le séjour. Merci pour ce séjour sans fausse note ! Nous recommandons vivement ce Airbnb à tous ceux qui cherchent confort et praticité.
