The location is unbeatable, in the San Telmo de la Poledura neighborhood, high above the sea, 500 meters from Griega beach, overlooking the Cantabrian Sea and the Sueve Mountains. Rustic style apartment with double outdoor space: typical Asturian wooden corridor and terrace with spectacular ocean views. Double room with double bed and another single bed ideal for children. Very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower with whirlpool and built-in radio. Double-height living room with double Italian opening sofa bed and memory foam mattress.

Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.
