Josip and his daughter Tina are kind, they answer all your questions, their accommodation is impeccable all the furniture is new, extremely clean and there is everything useful. The view of the pond is beautiful, the small welcome gift is a real plus to show you that they are there for you. Private parking space. Thanks again to both of you.

Totally warm hosts, beautiful apartment, quiet location - 2 minutes walk to the beach. We (my daughter and I) had a wonderful vacation and felt welcome from the first moment. By the way, Gordana speaks perfect German! For connoisseurs - your selection of home-made products (wine, olive oil, liqueur, schnapps...) is absolutely recommended. Absolutely wonderful stay. We highly recommend. Beautiful location. In walking distance to the picturesque village. The view is stunning. Right on the water overlooking the mountains. We never tired of the view. Great private pool and easy access to swim in the ocean. We had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Care has been taken to curate tableware, equipment etc. Felt like being in our own kitchen. Arrival and check in was effortless. Meng had prepared little guides with information to support our stay. When we arrived, everything was ready for us to just enjoy and settle in. Spacious open plan kitchen/living room. Big rooms with great beds for a good night’s sleep in absolute tranquility. Impeccably clean. Great terrace with option to barbeque and enjoy the views. Communication with Meng was very good - answers quickly and takes great care of her guests. Highly recommend this wonderful place and excellent host. Hoping to come back.

Dear Ante is a very hospitable and kind host. When we first arrived at the apartment, there were farm eggs in the fridge and fresh figs he had picked from his garden. He offered us fresh figs every day. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and much more beautiful than in the photos. The house has everything you need. We even had a barbecue twice. Every day, we used the pool and also went to the sea. We left Croatia with beautiful memories. If I come to Zadar again, I would stay here. We were very comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It is a spotless clean apartment in a very quiet area. Around 300 metres away from the beach. The host is super friendly. We received fruit and cake. Absolutely amazing. We had a great time once again. Many thanks.

We received a very warm welcome from the owners, Boris and Ivana. There was even fruit, wine and beer ready. Boris regularly informed us that everything was in order and provided us with tips and places to visit. It is a modern and fully equipped flat. It has just been completely renovated. The flat is located 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from a pebble beach. Nearby is a nice bar Tavola Bar with delicious cocktails. Especially the Gin Fezz and Long Island Ice Tea were appreciated. Posedarje is a small typical Croatian village centrally located to Plitvice lakes, Split, Zadar and Krka waterfalls. Fantastic stay in Posedarje thanks to nice appartment, location and weather.

We were guests of Marija and her family for two weeks in August 2024. Marija is a very friendly and caring host. The arrival was hassle-free and the house was easy to find. Welcome by Marija and her family. Short briefing and information on where to shop. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Marija and her family live at the bottom of the house. The in-laws live in the house next door. Everyone is very nice. No one bothered us. During our stay, we were able to use the pool and also the barbecue undisturbed. The apartment is perfect for a family with 2 children. The kitchen offers the possibility to prepare simple dishes. Air conditioning in the residential area covers all rooms and so even at high temperatures, a pleasant sleeping was possible. Marija has asked again and again if everything is okay and has always given us tips for excursions and special features. Thank you Marija, for the great days with you!

Immaculately clean and lovingly decorated interiors to which only the beauty of the view through the glass rocks and the char of a tiny place that is not yet touristically oversaturated and swept away. For every recommendation!

We had a very nice stay and were able to enjoy the great view from the balcony even in the rain. Despite a small language barrier, check-in and check-out worked out very well:)

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always available to us. The whirlpool was already preheated upon arrival. The apartment is small, but absolutely sufficient for 2 people. In addition, the landlords offered a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time in this place! The house is located very close to the sea, with a view of the beautiful sunsets. The terrace offered a picturesque landscape, and evenings spent in the jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax. The interior was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable – everything we needed was at hand. The host was extremely nice and helpful – it was easy to contact him, and in addition we received great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Peace, quiet, comfort - the perfect place to relax!

There were 6 of us + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But with hands and feet, you could still communicate well. The check-in went without any problems. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt right at home. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel cot and a high chair. The location is a bit out of the way, but you know this beforehand, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

Wow! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We stayed with our 4 children. National parks are a short drive away as well as other beautiful attractions. Lots of grocery stores close by to cook in the beautiful kitchen. The hot tub over looking the mountains and sea were a perfect end to a day of climbing. Our host was the best we have ever experienced! Croatian hospitality at its finest!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place! We were a group of five friends celebrating a bachelor party and couldn’t have wished for a better spot. The private rooftop terrace was a real highlight – stunning panoramic views over the city, great for grilling, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and soaking up the sun. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures, super clean, and perfect for unwinding. It’s also very well located – quick and cheap to get into the city or to nearby beaches. Communication with Dora was super easy – she always responded quickly and was really helpful. All in all, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommended!
