Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Posedarje

Very nice, comfortable Dalmatian stone house in beautiful nature of Paklenica National Park. The owner Marijana is friendly and kind host. She provide us with recommendation and useful information. The house and surroundings was clean. Full equipment. Perfect for us and our 3 shibas. 🐕🐕🐕We loved it.

Great house! Great and well located for visiting the area. The garden and hot tub was big + Our host was adorable and welcomed us super well despite the late check-in time (address error on the listing). We loved our stay and highly recommend this place (including for long stays).

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is very well equipped and immediately made us feel at home. The beautiful garden was especially great - ideal for our dogs, who had plenty of space to play there. In just 10 minutes you can walk to the beach, which was a big plus for us. The hostess was also available at all times and very helpful. We can only recommend the place!

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

Beautiful, very private cottage in the countryside. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. The small village of Novigrad is within walking distance and there are a few restaurants overlooking the sea.

This is such a spectacular location. The view was amazing, it had all the conveniences we would want, and was extremely comfortable. We stayed here with our children and in-laws, and everyone had an amazing time. Maja was incredibly responsive and welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure our kids had a great time too (cribs, high chair, water toys). The local recommendations were also really helpful. And all of this on top of a beautiful gem of a town with pristine water. We will absolutely be back.

This place is just fantastic, really great for a big group with kids. Our site contact, Filip, was super helpful, and quick to respond to any queries, also got us some food in as we arrived on a Sunday night which was greatly appreciated. The place has everything you need, with a short drive to a restaurant and supermarkets. The Krka national park was really good, and Zadar is beautiful for an evening dinner, stroll and watch the sunset. Highly recommend staying here just make sure you have a car. The outdoor area could do with a bit of shaded area, but that’s the only thing really. Highly recommend. Really good family holiday 👍🏻

Great property and host. Very good value for money

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

We have never been to this place before and fell in love with it right away! Beautiful little place, very familiar and harmonious! The hosts were super accommodating, always easily accessible and very helpful! We are already looking forward to our next stay!🥰

The sauna, pool, and house, along with the stunning views, were just as shown in the pictures. Everything was truly beautiful! However, the layout of the "apartments" felt a little disconnected, but we had already seen that mentioned in other reviews and in the pictures. Overall, a fantastic stay!

I recommend this villa 300% , lots of amenities, things to do in the villa. Villa that meets our expectations, we were 5 adults and the size of the villa was perfect. Super responsive, super sweet and helpful host. Really thank you for this dream stay 🥰
