Clean and well equipped appartment in a very good location close to national park entrance, fast communication, very friendly welcome. The kids profited of the garden and proximity of the sea. Definitely recommended.

Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

There were 6 of us + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But with hands and feet, you could still communicate well. The check-in went without any problems. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt right at home. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel cot and a high chair. The location is a bit out of the way, but you know this beforehand, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

A super nice villa that awaits you. We had a super nice time there. Communication with the host was perfect, always responded quickly. We'll be back! Just as a tip: Rent a car in advance, as you are really a bit remote.

We really enjoyed it! The place was really so quiet and you were totally private. A chair/lounger was always missing for the 7th person. Those who are afraid of wasps should not book, as they are outside by the pool all day and drink, but otherwise they do nothing :)

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

Great stay. Simple apartment but ideal for a summer vacation. Access in 2 minutes to a private beach.

great house...huge fanced garden...awesome place ...nice people...the sea is 15km far...market and a good bistro around the corner.. we loved the place and we are surely coming back.. we had a great time and enjoy the garden a lot.. 5 star from us...and a raccomandation by heart...

We had a lovely time. The area and views while driving around were breath-taking. Ivanka was very helpful with solicited and unsolicited advice and the venue was spacious, clean with a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding mountains from the porch. All advertised amenities available. Pebble beach within 10 - 15 mins walking distance. Snorkling the surrounding waters was ok. Clear water, 4 or 5 species of fish, some crabs. You'll want to have water shoes with you.

Before booking and arriving, Saša was very friendly and helpful. He answered questions very quickly through this portal! Upon arrival, he has already been waiting for us and showed us everything. It was not an issue for him that our dog (labrador mix) was there. The garden was completely fenced and had privacy. From the first floor you had a nice view on the sea. As a welcome, there was Croatian beer and cola in the fridge. To say goodbye we got a homemade gift. We were very pleased and highly recommend it.

Due to a health incident, we had to cancel our stay at short notice. Sanja had full understanding of this. Upon our request for a possible refund of the paid overnight amount, Sanja refunded it immediately and in full. This is not self-evident and speaks absolutely for a fair and courteous treatment of the guests. Dear Sanja, Thank you again for your kindness. We'll be happy to come to your space at the next opportunity. :-)

The place was great for us (4 adults and 3 kids). The house is in a quiet location where no one is disturbed about 20 minutes from Zadar. The owner was super friendly and always responded to every message within a very short time. Absolutely recommended. 5 stars

We were a group of 7 friends and enjoyed our stay at the house. It was spacious enough inside and outside, we spent days at the pool and even some time in the living room watching movies when the weather was bad. The next town can be reached by foot, but you have to climb up the hill on the way back, so a car is a better option. Communication was fast and relaxed.

It was the best vacation we've had in a long time. Hosts are very nice and kind people. They provided treats of what they raised in their own garden. They met all our needs. They gave advice on nearby Organization and festivals. It was really nice. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a great stay at the Villa. Enjoyed BBQs in the evening and the pool was a perfect for the kids. Lots to do within 30-45 minutes drive in the area. And a pleasant 10 minute walk to the town with a few eating options. 4 min walk to the beach -

Fantastic cottage home built in 1806. Very peaceful place to relax and central to area attractions and close to motorway to get anywhere quickly including Split. The home is fantastic and very unique and worth the stay. Well equipped with pool and AC in each room and common area. The host was fantastic and did provide a some Croatian delicacies (Pekka) that was delicious on their old wood stove! (Extra cost and you will need to plan at least a day in advance since it does require some planning and work). There are fruit trees all over and was nice to enjoy some (when in season) to have fresh juices or as a snack. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts we loved it.
