Cosy Beachfront chalet/studio (20 mt. from beach) on the South East coast of Ireland, fully self contained with well equipped kitchen, shower & w.c. I now have a stove in so it's very cosy for winter stays, I will supply enough fuel to get you going but you will need to buy your own fuel from the local shop!You have uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea, it is a very tranquil setting.Ideally suited for a couple or 2 adults ,if they don't mind sharing a double bed! Lovely relaxing environment, Ample free car parking space.Local shops/pub within 15 mins walking. Close by amenities include Leisure Centre with swimming pool etc. Large town,Gorey, 10 mins drive away with lots of nice places to eat ... Bed linen + towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. I live above the property if there is a problem or you need anything , but otherwise you will have total privacy ! Safe beach for swimming, One clean, house trained dog is welcome ,but please inform me if you are bringing your dog :)

Delightful 4 bedroom house overlooking the sea . Our bright home has a spacious open plan living room / dining room. The kitchen is well equipped. A sunny outdoor area at the rear has plenty of room for relaxing. Outside for shared use there is a children's playground and tennis court. A small but lovely beech is a 2 min. walk from house, but we are a short drive from the spectacular beeches of Old Bawn and Kilmuckridge. Courtown with amusements, cafes and sailing is within walking distance

It is set in a mature landscaped south facing garden, outdoor dining area and bbq. Beautiful beaches and woodland walks are within a 10min stroll. Gorey is only a 5 min drive and offers plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets. Sorry, strictly no smoking allowed in the house.
