It has surveillance, virtual doorman (you can open the building door with your cell phone) Nearby you will find museums, theaters, cultural houses, the metropolitan cathedral, hospitals, shopping arcades. Access to the Metro, Tram, Metro plus... There is also another studio apartment on the 1st floor. Three blocks away there is transportation that arrives from Rionegro airport and leaves for it.
