We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs something, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable sneakers for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. Very good stay, close to the beach but in a neighborhood, this accommodation allowed us to access everything we needed. The welcome was perfect and the accommodation was faithful to the photos.

very good space. great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial center, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. thank you and I will always come back. if you want to walk it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy day and night the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio (a tip these 2)

The accommodation was wonderful! ❤️ With an amazing view, the Apto is ultra cozy and very close to everything. Rita is cute! Very friendly and made us very comfortable.

Check in easy and uncomplicated. Accommodation was according photos. communication with the owner and co owner was easy and quick reply times.

We looked for accommodation on this beach because it had waves and we could take surf lessons. On the beach, there were lifeguards and a place to buy things to drink. A person attended to us as if it were a resort. The house is wonderful, super comfortable, each room has its own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom. Table with a place for everyone (there were 7 of us), TV, nice decoration, the terrace that we use every day next to the pool, I would be happy to return!

Hello! I would like to say that I really liked the house I rented in Búzios! It is beautiful and the condominium is super safe. I'd love to come back more times! 😊 The house is super modern and well divided, the space to barbecue is great, not to mention that the house has all the kitchen and cleaning utensils! I booked Edward’s house in Búzios to celebrate my birthday with friends flying in from Europe, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house exceeded all our expectations – it’s even better than in the pictures, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Fatima, the housekeeper, is truly fantastic – warm, helpful, and an incredible cook. Her meals were a highlight of our stay. Her son Fernando kindly did all the grocery shopping ahead of our arrival, so everything was ready and waiting for us, which made settling in incredibly smooth. The house itself is fully functional, comfortable, and ideal for a group gathering. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying a meal together, we felt totally at ease. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a special and stress-free stay in Búzios. I would absolutely come back.

We loved the stay. The super comfortable and modern home, we felt at home, held 13 very comfortable people, nor did we want to leave rsrsrsr. All excellent. The lake view, impeccable. Very good house, next to the main beaches. Roberto always request to respond to our messages. The house also has an administrator, Samuel, very kind and diligent. Our trip was family, everyone liked the house. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

The place is beautiful, the view to the marina is really beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and Victor always responded in a very good way and predisposed to help us. We gave good use of the facilities, the Gim is very complete, there are drinking water vending machines throughout the complex and the Wifi works very well even in the outdoor areas such as the pool and gymnasium. The place is full of places to relax and very good armchairs to sit and read and enjoy the peace of the complex. while it is far away from the center of Buzios, no problem getting around by Uber or car, you arrive in 20'min anywhere.

Great place for a family vacation!! The house is beautiful and the views are unmatched!!! The beach is peaceful and somewhat secluded. The only thing to note is that it can be a little dangerous with children, but we had a 1 year old, 4 year old, and 7 year old and everything went smoothly! Just be aware they will need some constant vigilance. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would definitely come back again!!

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen with everything and also has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. The balcony and the rooms have an incredible view of the lagoon and pool. The condominium is super organized, providing an incredible stay with its wonderful pool and the lagoon beach all around the condominium, and all this complemented by a gym and game room. The restaurant has affordable prices and a good variety of food.

We felt very comfortable since we arrived, the apartment is impeccable. The area where it is located is very comfortable since from there we mobilized very well both on foot and by car. We love it! We will definitely be back to this place.
