Garage and space for 3 cars The residence is 900 m from Flamingo Beach, a revitalized waterfront, 1 km from the center and the fish market, and 3 km from the calm Caiobá Beach. We are 200 m from the Soley bakery and 600 m from the Caopi supermarket. An excellent place to relax with the family, available year-round. In total, there are 3 double box beds, 1 single box trundle bed, 1 single box bed, 1 mini children's bed and 1 sofa bed. TV with access to streaming services and Wi-Fi. It has an outdoor area with a hammock, a gourmet area with a barbecue pit, a laundry room, and a parking space for 2 cars. 600 m from the beach, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, just minutes from downtown and the summer concert stage.
