The AP is very good, all equipped, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room. Everything new and of great quality, such as a stove, refrigerator, TV, etc. the condominium is very good, with a game room, a barbecue and a nice swimming pool facing the sea. We received a person indicated by the owner of the name Maycon… very kind, helped us with the bags, showed us some features of the apartment, note 10!!!

The stay was wonderful! The house is brand new, very comfortable, exactly as in the listing description. The swimming pool and gourmet area served very well for us to spend time with family and friends. Both Alexander and Lucas were super attentive and supportive. The house is 5 minutes from Matinhos beach and 10 from Caieiras beach by car, very close by and easy access. The house is well secured, has alarm and presence sensors. We were very well received by Sônia who showed us the place and gave information about the accommodation. The apartment is very complete and the sea view is wonderful. I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

Great apartment, just like the photos. The beach is close, we walked there every day, there are several restaurants on the waterfront and it is very safe, we went in two cars and left them outside most days, without worries. In fact, for those who have a truck, the garage is a little bad to get in and out of, but I believe that smaller cars don't have as much trouble.

The clean and very cozy apartment, had all the utensils of the kitchen. The only detail we have to have are the stairs, there are some moves to reach, nothing absurd, but from a hahaha.
