We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The apartment is very cozy, well decorated and certainly very comfortable. You can do most things on foot, there is no need for a car, everything here is close! such as the beach, the Bardot waterfront, the statue of the 3 fishermen, Rua das Pedras. On the waterfront you will have access to the most popular beaches!! Quiet place that offers what you need. There are good shops with a pharmacy, markets, greengrocer, snack bars, restaurant. We don't have a garage, but we have a very safe street.

Located at the end of the Bardor waterfront on Armação beach, 50 meters from Ossos beach, 120 meters from Azeda beach, 500 meters from João Fernandes beach and 500 meters from Rua das Pedras, where the best restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located, the suite faces Armação beach. You sleep with a view of the sea, and when you leave the gate you are already on the beach. The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, TV, stove and refrigerator!!!

Beautiful House in Orla Bardot, Búzios

Extremely cozy house located in an excellent point of Orla Bardot, between the center of Búzios and the beaches of Ossos, Azeda/Azedinha and João Fernandes. The house consists of an internal balcony, large living room, full kitchen, service area and two en-suites are available for groups of up to 5 people. In case of a larger number of people (6 to 8 people), one more en-suite is also available, for a payment of 400 reais per day. All rooms have TV and air-conditioning.

Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
