Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

I will definitely come back more often, cozy apartment, clean and with a spectacular view! It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the waves and with such a comfortable bed!

We were very well received by Ioni's brother, explaining about the house and places to visit. The house simply impeccable, everything I needed had in the house and well cleaned. Check in was very quiet and checked out with great flexibility. Hostess always answering my questions and answering super fast. I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time and I wish I could’ve extended but they were booked the following week. I felt right at home. I loved having my patio facing beautiful trees, hearing the ocean waves, being serenaded by birds and most of all frequent visits from the 2 sweet dogs & 3 lovely cats. I grew so fond of all their pets and all their cuddles. It’s a peaceful and relaxing area that helped me rejuvenate. I’m thankful for such wonderful hosts who made me feel welcomed. Carine was so gracious in lending me her Bicycle. Boris gave me some information about the area, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to return next year!

We stayed in a super cozy studio, well decorated and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you can do everything on foot and the beach is beautiful! The condominium is quiet, has a great vibe and excellent structure. We would definitely come back!

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The condominium structure is also excellent. We love everything.

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Sergio is the man. Very hospitable, answered every question I had about the property and the area. Wonderful guy, with a laugh that is contagious. Apartment is exactly as the listing shows. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The area is great, just steps away from one of the best beaches around. It is in a somewhat touristy neighborhood, but the apartment is tucked away so noise was never an issue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place, perfect for a short trip as a couple. Beach reachable in 100 m, shop in 200 m and center in 300 m Neat hammock and material for the Szrand on site. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The sofa was slightly uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…
