The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

Thanks to Paulo and Janet for their warm welcome. We were 3 adults with 1 6 year old child and 2 1.5 year old twins and they did everything to make us feel at home. Our twins were even able to get a baby bed each! The house is perfect for a family, and very safe with young children (Thanks to Paolo for the small barrier that allowed our children to play safely on the patio). Great location: access in less than 15 minutes walk to the beach area where you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, ... A supermarket is also a few minutes walk away, not to mention our favorite: an ice cream stick dealer at the end of the street! Thanks again to Paolo and Janet, we recommend their place 100%!

Beautiful place, perfect for a short trip as a couple. Beach reachable in 100 m, shop in 200 m and center in 300 m Neat hammock and material for the Szrand on site. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The sofa was slightly uncomfortable.

It is important to pay attention to the instructions of the hostess for the entrance of the house, but the call is really very nice and has an incredible view. Well equipped house, very clean and smelling. Cristina always requests a lot to help. I highly recommend

The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

Sergio is the man. Very hospitable, answered every question I had about the property and the area. Wonderful guy, with a laugh that is contagious. Apartment is exactly as the listing shows. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The area is great, just steps away from one of the best beaches around. It is in a somewhat touristy neighborhood, but the apartment is tucked away so noise was never an issue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very good apartment in Barra da Lagoa and I only moved here because of the bakery around the corner. The only bad thing is that the wifi didn't work and it was a big inconvenience for me since I work virtually. Claudia, Benta's sister, was very kind and tried to fix it, but it still didn't work. She communicated well. The place is very quiet and nice. The apartment has everything.

The stay was amazing. Very nice surroundings and very nice hosts. I would definitely recommend this place to others and go here again.

Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

The accommodation is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea waves! Served us perfectly, Barra da Lagoa is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood!

Everything excellent, a very clean and comfortable house for 5 adults and 2 children we stayed. I had everything you need for an incredible stay. Very quiet inn, about 5 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from downtown.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

Ney, was a very helpful host, and polite, when I asked for information responded promptly. the location is great, in a few minutes you are in the center or on the northern beaches of the island, for us it was perfect.

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather didn't cooperate, as it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small minimarket that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

first experience with airbnb. it was amazing!! impeccable apartment, as soon as we arrived it was super fragrant, very cozy atmosphere. the host was very hospitable and left us a "treat". super easy to contact and explained everything to us. we will definitely be back
