Spotless apartment - brand new, perfect service and communication. Location a bit far from Center, but easy to park and lots of supermarkets around. Definately worth it!

We had a great stay at Isabelle’s place! The location is the best possible, it is directly in the center but very peaceful ☺️

The apartment surprised me in a positive way. It is comfortable and spacious. The internet is fast and it was good to work from home. Rodrigo was very friendly and helpful, he sent a message after a few days to ask if we needed anything. The location is great, facing the beach and with parking. The only inconvenience was the construction work in the apartment downstairs, and the landlord promptly tried to talk to the condominium and resolve it. I recommend and would like to return.

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

I loved everything about my stay in Ana's appartment! The appartment itself is lovely, it was super clean and super cozy, very lovingly decorated, i felt very much at home. In the kitchen i found everything i needed to cook a nice meal. the location is amazing, just next to beach, you can hear the waves in the background. Internet was spotless. Communication with Ana was amazing, she was always quick to reply and you could feel her care even from a distance. Check in and check out is very easy and relaxed. I can only fully recommend and hope to come back here in the future. Thank you for everything Ana!

After the initial check-in hiccup with the lockbox, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Joana's apartment. The decoration is very calming - she has a talent for interior design. We loved the private outdooor garden and the separate suite. The neighborhood was so unique and we appreciated the parking lot down the road. We would definitely return to her delightful space in Aveiro.

I am my family we love the location, close to the restaurants, cultural centers and shopping malls. A great person, super attentive! Thank you, see you soon!

Ines is a wonderful person and excellent communicator that responds quickly. She met us upon arrival to show us around and was so thoughtful to leave us fresh fruit and snacks. She also has a vast knowledge of local places to visit, the Portuguese culture, driving tips, restaurants and more. The home was perfect for the 3 of us. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The home is cozy with a working fireplace, a back yard to bask in the sun, great WiFi, and heaters for comfort as needed. Numerous restaurants, local convenience shops, cafes and a cool mall (Vida Ovar) within 10 to 20 min driving. Definitely recommend having a car to explore. I highly recommend her home for a wonderful visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Miguel’s place! The property is incredibly calm and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with so much to do, especially for families. We loved the basketball court, table tennis, the large green garden area, and of course, the pool! The house itself was very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. It’s also ideally located – just 30 minutes from both Porto and the airport, and the same distance to Aveiro, which is an absolutely spectacular town worth visiting. The local supermarket was less than a 10min walk away which was so convenient. Miguel Is an outstanding host – so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he gave us great recommendations for local activities and places to explore. He also offers surfing lessons, which we took advantage of and absolutely loved! Highly recommend staying here – it was the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and adventure.

Sergio's apartment is impeccable, just as it appears in the photos, the Turkish bath is amazing, the barbecue space too, everything in general, 8 minutes from the center, super well located and easy to get to, Sergio is very friendly, attentive and answers very quickly, my partner and I had a great time, I'm sure we'll be back.

Me and my family had a lovely stay in this beautiful property, it was very quiet and the views were lovely. The property had lots of space and we loved the pool and outdoor kitchen area. I would definitely recommended

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Everything is very clean and tidy, very calm and safe place. Mr. Pedro always very attentive to clarify doubts. We really like it. Thank you

Modern minimalist accommodation in an Art Nouveau city was a great dichotomy. Dark moody dramatic vibes to the interior. Excellent modern artistic touches that evoked local themes. Balcony overlooks a busy motorway across a canal but noise was not an issue with windows closed. Blackout curtains made for a very comfortable sleep. Lots of space for us to do a complete luggage repack before continuing on our driving tour. Free parking across the canal was convenient. Highly recommended Mercantel restaurant just a few steps along the canal.

The apartment is very nice, nicer than the pictures, and very well cared for. It has all kinds of amenities, and the development in which it has many services, although we do not use them. It is next to a beautiful beach, which can be seen from the house Antonio was a very punctual host, we arrived at the house and within a few minutes he arrived to give us the keys and explain the operation. It's a totally recommended place.

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

This little place was very comfortable, and close to everything! Walk to all the restaurants and shops no problem. Free parking is close by just over the canal took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the car. However you can pull right up and drop off your luggage in front of the, which makes things easy. Everything was clean, and provided everything you need for a cozy stay. The listing is just as shown, it’s a bit small but has all you need. Shower is spacious. Bed is comfortable, blankets are cozy. Helder was super accommodating, and allowed us to check in early.. Also a very trust worthy host and cleaning crew. I left my Grandmothers gold necklace and St Jude pendant at their place, didn’t realize for days later. Helder had the necklace AND is shipping to me in the United States!! I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Aveiro, we haven’t visited this part of Portugal before and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The apartment is walkable to several bars and restaurants. It’s a first floor apartment very easy to find with the owners directions, (I believe there’s a lift available for anyone with walking difficulties) free parking available a short 3-5 minute walk depending on where you park, the closer to the bridge the closer to the apartment. The apartment is clean and well maintained with a walkin shower making it very accessible. We did only stay one night and to be fair as we wanted to explore the city we only really used the apartment to sleep and shower! The bed is very comfortable, there are several shops close by for others staying longer who need groceries. Air conditioning is available, thankfully for us as it was a beautiful hot day and it lowered the room temperature very quickly, blackout curtains helped getting a good night sleep also. I would recommend 👍

We felt very comfortable with Maria; thank you again for that! Even when we stupidly locked ourselves out, she was immediately there and helped us. The apartment is nice and large, especially with two bathrooms very comfortable. The balcony view and the 100 meters to the beach are of course great - we have left a parasol for the successors. In the height of summer, the air conditioning in the apartment is definitely a blessing! The underground parking space (steep descent!) is great, which is useful when everyone goes to Esmoriz beach on the weekend. Then it's time to party - especially when Portugal has won in football again ;-). Thanks to Maria's quick help, the Internet worked well after initial problems. That was important because it allowed us to stream (German) TV. Important for many: the beds were great! And for the right capsules for the coffee machine: best to ask Maria... - Moito obrigado, Maria - we'll be back! :-)
