It's hard for me to stop my time to write and give a statement. But I was so welcomed that I felt the love in every detail of the house. This house is light, its energy is different! Gratitude 😎❤️

The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful, clean, functional and comfortable! Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—it's hard to imagine anything better. Thank you so much, Sergio, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, watching the spectacular sunrise. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

I stayed with my family and everything was great! Clean, spacious apartment and condominium with great infrastructure, in addition to being close to the sea. André was also very cordial and always available. I recommend it!!

We were delighted to come back with the stay! Everything was clean, I had what you need (and more ) to spend great days! The umbrella, chairs, cart and games were very helpful! We were also provided with jars with water that is very valuable for the entire stay! The place is 300m from the lagoinha beach, but I want to emphasize that they are easy to walk, there are no climbs in the middle. The place is peaceful! We had a wonderful time!!! I also wanted to thank you that they were flexible with check-in since we arrived earlier and as we already had our apartment available, they gave us access without problems!! Thank you Terlei and your husband for their kindness and hospitality!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

Yamil, an EXCELLENT person, friendly, always attentive to wapp and no problem. The place, the best in Lagoinha! the complex is over the beach, you go straight down into the sand. From the bed to the barefoot beach on a spotless floor, a pool also barbaric. But being on the beach and serving with umbrellas and lounge chairs is ideal. Also you are where not all the tumult of people, it is more secluded and much better. The depto for us left over has 3 en-suite bedrooms, plus a boy with 2 bunks and baths. Laundry room, service bathroom. A large kitchen with integrated dining area and living room. We always ate at the balcony that is ideal and very pleasant. A real vacation! We will book it every year...

Excellent location to go as a family it is very comfortable to have a direct access to the beach with an internal shower for when you went out of the sea. In our case we were three couples and it was a bit complicated by the rooms but paula was in charge of helping us with an extra matrimonial mattress... recommended totally by the house and the beach. One of the most beautiful of florianopolis!!!

The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need, including chairs and umbrella, it is a short walk from the beach, in a very quiet area. Gustavo was very attentive and quickly answered all inquiries.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season it is open all week. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony overlooking the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It is an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We will certainly return again. We love it!!

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The condominium structure is also excellent. We love everything.

The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and holds SUV vehicles with maneuverability. The condominium has a Thailand-inspired garden, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool and with ray, very well equipped gym, better than a lot of hotel. The hostess was always very solicitous and answered all my questions. I recommend it!
