Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach bars near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending us directions to places that we visited and were really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

We stayed in this apartment for more than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Washing machine with tumble dryer worked great, so you didn't have to look for a laundry. Showers and air conditioning as well as all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The beds + mattresses of both bedrooms are of high quality. We felt at home and almost didn't want to leave. The stay was wonderful! Gabriel is a super kind and helpful host. When we arrived, we came across the clean, organized and cozy place. As we rented the carnival only what bothered us was the sound walls that ended at 9:30 pm, as the house is in the square where the party takes place. But nothing that would harm our wonderful stay and certainly on other dates is even better. On the whole we love and our family also the children had a lot of fun in the wonderful swimming pool and space of the house. We will definitely come back more often! Someone Without Fear!!!
