My stay at the accommodation was excellent, very good environment and close to a lot of things. The host Matheus was very kind and was always willing to help and make my stay the best possible. I highly recommend it, it is a place where I would stay again, without a doubt.

The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like in the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best Airbnb services I've ever had, personally or with friends. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Makes you feel at home, cooks with love of everything a little. He is always smiling on his face. A true gift of the stay. Thank you so much, Nice, for taking care of myself and my family. You are out of the curve. We'll be back!

Very clean and very beautiful apartment, it's even better than in the photos. The owner was also very helpful, showed us the entire apartment and even left some things in the fridge to welcome us.

I liked the stay, but what the rooms lack is an Air Conditioning Unit, the first room was very hot; apart from the heat, everything was great, I will definitely come back more often.

Bedroom and bathroom are exactly like the pictures. Cleaning of the place is impeccable. Hosting and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, you feel right at home. Good bed, excellent and clean air conditioning. Internet (Wi-Fi) works perfectly. The TV, with a little patience (laughs), works well too. I am a client, I prefer the larger room (mainly because of its parking that is more practical), but I recommend lodging with Dona Rozângila without any reservations in both rooms. She is very attentive to absolutely everything and always flexible with my checkouts. I will definitely return.

The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to the beachfront of Iracema and the nearby beaches. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean and easy to access. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, impeccable, air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, the view is perfect, at the bottom of the building there is a hamburger place that also serves executive dishes, a great option for eating, by the sea there are many restaurants and next to the building there were some musical performances, very good too, many things near the apartment such as pharmacies, laundry, ice cream shop, it was very worth staying in this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. The Manoela property is very clean, faithful to the photos and airy. The doormen are very polite. But I really want to talk about Manuela, an amazing person, welcomed me on the eve of the trip ,after I fell in a coup, locating immovable on another platform. Communication with her is excellent and she is concerned about her guests. Thank you for everything!!

A very well decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

Super clean and fragrant house, the only thing to say that it was disappointing that when I went I thought the pool space would be in good condition but the whole space was in The construction site and only one pool were working, but everything else was impeccable.

Well located apartment.. large condominium.. on the first day we had a little difficulty walking around it, it seems a little confusing but with the days we found ourselves lol.. Very close to the Beira Mar fair, a lot of movement on the street every day, including on weekdays. It's very hot at night, sleeping only with the air conditioning on. Denise is a very nice person... she gave us tips and helped us when requested.

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10 and I'm already recommending it to friends.
