Very bright as it is located on the 2nd floor of the villa (rear staircase access), you have a beautiful blue bedroom with unobstructed garden views, flat-screen TV lounge with kitchenette, shower room/toilet, Wi-Fi, less than a 10-minute walk to the beaches, shops and Buarcos Fortress. (Casa Beluga 1 is located next to Casa Beluga 2 but are independent)

It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest. Studio type for two people 150 meters from Buarcos beach. Access with stairs. Nearby there are restaurants, a supermarket, shops and parking lots. On the beach, we can go hiking or jogging. It has a terrace overlooking the ocean, and it is very pleasant for watching the sunset. Inside, there is air-conditioning and the kitchen block is equipped. My place is good for couples or solo stays. Tourist tax €1.50 per person per night (maximum 7 nights)

We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
