Cozy house overlooking the sea.

The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. Access is via a 250 m path that starts at the beach and is covered on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very high for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally from caiçaras, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I spent a lot of good times there. This brand new house sits high above the trees inside the Aldeia Rizoma eco village, a gated property 15 minutes away from the city historical center. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

The famous Monkey House is an observatory between the trees immersed gently into the forest of Aldeia Rizoma ecological condominium at 15-25min from Paraty downtown. We are 10 km from the center of Cunha. Cabana Biguá was built on the highest part of the land, overlooking some points of Serra da Mantiqueira, such as Serra Fina, Pico dos Marins and Pico Itaguaré. You can walk freely around the grounds and explore the landscape.
